First, I would like to think the staff that helped whenever I went to pick the PS5 up. The were helpful and super fast when they went to get the product. They we're extremely professional and helpful. The PS5 is also amazing. Stitching to the PS5 from the PS4 was such a huge upgrade. It faster and the graphics are by far the best. I would def recommend the system and also anyone to shop with Bestbuy.

This is my first Playstation console in a long time. I was so glad to see it was finally available in a store since it had been difficult to find for so long. The system is absolutely wonderful. It's super fast to start up and loads games very quick. The only downside has been that depending on which games you install, the storage can fill up very quickly. I think there's only about 600 and something gigs available. We ended up having to purchase a 2 TB expansion SSD to go inside the console, but it wasn't overly expensive and it was very easy to install.

Super powerful console. The graphics look absolutely fantastic and this is coming from being a PC gamer for the last 10+ years. For the price, you can't beat it.

Ive waited to get this till it was more readily available in stores. I ended up purchasing a few months back when the God of War bundle went on a short sale. Since then I havent been using my Series X much at all and the Playstation plus library is impressive. Storage of course could be a concern if you like to play more than 10 game titles at a time but the good thing is, theres plenty of storage expansion options available. Definitely have been enjoying this gen since ps4 pro days. Now I just need more free time to enjoy it.

This is my third PlayStation five the two other ones were digital consuls did not like it at all. Well the second one I ordered not too long ago and I was like well I’m just gonna wait till I can find a disk system and here we are. I found one finally

no more buying head phones are replacing controller batteries yayye the graphics and speeds are amazing I also like the new design my son can’t stay off of it.

Happy to get the newest edition of the PS game system. It has a large foot print compared to the previous model. Great graphics and speed.

This was a hard item to get, but Best Buy made it super easy and it was ready for Christmas. Although we've only had it for a short time, it's been incredible.

PS5 console has awesome graphics n speed but gotta do something about storage capacity?! And cut down the price of storage card would be appreciated.

Its been almost 2 years since i purchased this item, i have fell in love with it sincerely, as i grew up woth playstation and experiencing other consoles, this one by far exceeds my expectations on a great console, slick and easy to use plus gaming experience is Amazing , great for all ages

The console was hard to get because they were always sold out, and I can see why. It’s great, my husband is back to playing his video games, which I’ve been trying to get him to do because he rarely takes down time. He even plays against one of his oldest friends online and they never have communication issues and they are states away from each other. My three year old finds her way to the controller too. Does she not what she’s doing no, but does she have fun, yes. It’s a great upgrade in this household!

Love it. The playstation controller is awesome and the performance of the system is great.

What can I say, it is still running amazing after 6 months, really delivers fast speeds. Never a delay.

I had been trying to find a PS5 for a couple weeks and truly never thought of Best Buy. This order has impressed me though. I actually cancelled an Amazon order just to order this console. It was shipped to me within a week at no extra cost and I was notified by Best Buy via email for each step along the way. It was in perfect condition and it works flawlessly. I've owned every playstation over the years, but this one blew me away. Had to get the disc version to be able to play all of my PS4 games as well. It did not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Got it on release day, and it's awesome. Quiet, looks great, Performance is great and God Of War Ragnarok is one of the best games I've ever played.
