    FedEx left my PlayStation at the apartment door and it got stollen. I have try many time to get a refund or to get sent a new one but nothing, now i lost my money and my playstion. Really not fair !!!

    First i bought a digital bundle and it didn't come with an activation number. Neither best buy or sony would give me an activation number so i returned it. The other thing is i could not get it to connect to my t-mobile home internet and don't believe it is compatible with 5G home internet.

    This item never worked properly out of the box. It won't accept disks. Took it back to Best Buy and they said we have to get with Sony.

    They use a 3rd party company then they dont box anything so the guy attempts to deliver it 6 hrs early. I was not there i was on my way home from work so because the workers at the store didn't box it so u couldn't tell what it was he did not feel safe leaving it outside
