Upgraded my PS4 to the PS5. I love it! I preordered and played Harry Potter most of the time.

After so long we finally got it. My son enjoys it very much and we’ve had fun playing it since we opened it on Christmas.

My fiancé was in love at first sight of course… lots of fun for us grown ups!

Great console! Graphics are insane! Games are so realistic

My children Love Our Ps5 hadn't had any problems shipping was fast. Unfortunately we had a fire this year in February on Valentines Day. I can say the system survived but the property management took them. Tells you the quality was great.

I waited way too long to get this system but it was well worth the wait. Great graphics.

PS5 has yet to disappoint. My husband and I love it! Even bought an external drive for extra storage. Best Buy’s customer service was top tier. I’ve never had an issue and appreciate the Copperfield and Cypress locations

Graphics are really vivid and outstanding using this console. The ability to use games from previous models is my favorite features it’s really convenient. The only complaint i have is that since the console itself is white rather than black it does collect visible dust really quickly.

My son was so excited to open this on Christmas day. It was easy to set up and easy to transfer stuff from his PS4 to it

Waited a long time, before I ultimately broke down and purchased this console. Absolutely amazing graphics, love the ease of setup, use and UI!! Great gaming experience and I’m so happy that I made the decision to hold out for the model with the blu-ray player/drive so, I can play both digital and physical versions of the games.

Hubby is in love! Better graphics that the PS4, faster load time, and just every single thing is better.
