Purchased an "open box" with assurance it had been tested and worked. Got it home and it overheated in 5 minutes. Returned to store and shared experience with Serenity who was very helpful and was going to go beyond to correct the situation. The store manager was less helpful and in turn lost a customer for life.

I bought it as a gift for my brother, who lives in another country, and there is supposed to be a God of War game with the device, but my brother, after he opened the device, there was no game, and he had to buy it. There is no code number. There was only an instruction booklet. They said you should return it, but it is in another country and it is impossible to return it

Definitely worth the money especially if Sony does increase the price.
