I was looking online knowing PS5 Pro was hard to find. Best Buy Youree Drive showed to have 2 in stock. So, i head down to the store because im a gamer. Sure enough they had it in stock i didnt have to go asking for it or looking. The gentleman at the door asked me if i needed help and they brought it to me at the register. The transaction was very swift and i was on my way home the workers in Yourre Drive Shreveport are very curtious. Thank you for the experience.

This PS5 Pro is like adding butter (or grape jelly) to toasted bread, makes graphics look delicious.

Is it necessary? No, but if you have the best TV available for gaming, why not update to the most capable system? Definitely improved graphics. You can really tell the difference on the newer games. Runs very smooth!

Love the console huge difference in graphics compared to standard PS5.

Great machine, but I'm not sure if you should pay more for this. It's like you're paying more for games that developers don't want to optimize for the PS5, and now you have to pay extra to compensate for it.

Yeah the hype is true on the Pro… it does enhance the games as it says it does… it is pricey… but if you’re a gamer with OCD, like me, this is for you!

Had the original since 2020. The pro was worth the upgrade for me. Just be sure you have a TV or monitor that’s capable of taking advantage of the upgraded specs.

We bought this sbout a month ago and lovd it. My husband boyght it fir my virthday snd started using it to play COD with his work buddies and is also gaving a blast.

Very good upgrade over the normal ps5 I can tell the difference as soon as I turned it on

The rating is more about what Best Buy "sold" than actual experience with the console. That side has been great, and I can tell the "little" differences from the normal PS5. Best Buy's definition of "Open Box - Excellent", however, left a lot to be desired. The box was destroyed, missing items, and looked very unloved. Support told me to talk to the store since it was from there, but the store didn't want to really do anything since I picked it up instead of physically picking the item. Console has been great, and I bought 3rd-party side panels to replace the janky ones that were "excellent" according to Best Buy.

Graphics are incredible, refresh rate never lags, all in all well worth the wait
