I love the PLAYSTATION 5 PRO! Customer service was the best! I ordered over the road and picked it up once I got home from being in the semi truck all week..

Have a slim and did a side by side, nope, improvement is there but not for the price of this thing. I really only have this for GT7 other games are good, but id rather use my PC instead and at this price, im really close to the next gen gpu

Great upgrade from the regular PS5. Gets really loud when playing for a while with max settings.

Overall this is great. The biggest con is the price for the minimal increase in performance you get over the PS5 or PS5 Slim. If you already have one of these I wouldn't specifically upgrade to this due to the price premium. If you don't have a PS5 at all, then I would consider this one. On a side note, I ordered mine from BestBuy online (vs going into the store and picking it up) and the box came damaged and had the inspected by BestBuy tape on it. This made me concerned that I either got a refurbished one or that there was something wrong with it.

Best Playstation ever! No upgrade to controller though.

Waited since November 2020 for a PS5 Pro and was more than excited to see it be real. Amazing hardware and truly the best place to play all your PlayStation games.

Upgraded to the pro and i am enjoying it. Games that I have played so far run smooth. Even older games from PS4. I can notice a slight upgrade to graphic quality. Just wish it didn't cost so much. That is the only reason I give it 3 stars out of 5.

I already owned the OG ps5 but I saw the features that were added it made it worth it to me. The pro is in my room and the OG ps5 in my living room.

Console is fantastic!! Best Buy made the pre order and pick up process very smooth and very easy! Made getting my new console simple and have been loving it!
