Good upgrade! Have had ps4, ps4 Pro and ps5. And now ps5 pro

Over rated and over priced. I would not recommend for anyone.

If you have a very high end TV, this console is worth every penny.

Probably the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. If I hadn't traded in my regular PS5 for it, I'd return this. You will not notice a difference worth the cost over the regular model. I have a high end TV that can take full advantage of anything the PS5 Pro can throw at it, and it's still not worth it. Having said all of that, it's still a great console and will serve you well. I just wouldn't recommend upgrading if you already have a PS5.

It’s good but not great. Def overpriced for a system that’s been out for 4 years and is marginally better. Doesn’t really bode well for PS6 if the developments are smaller and smaller.

I bought the PS5 pro open box like new excellent condition and was extremely let down. The employee was rude. I had a bad feeling from the start. The app said there was only 1 left so I rushed to get it. It didn’t come in the original box, when I opened it the PlayStation was dirty and the middle part of the system was all scuffed up in poor condition. It clearly was used & abused. Since when did Best Buy start selling pawnshop ps5’s!! I returned it thinking they gave me the wrong one, I had them open up another one while returning it and that was in bad condition too. I just asked for a refund and left disappointed. Wow never again!! Worst purchase in a decade. Smh…

Great product, still needs more games to make use of its power

Good but some times hanging, expecting options should be more user friendly than now.

Memory is great kinda fast load times downloads are slightly faster
