Gift for my grandson for his birthday and he loves it that has better graphics, more memory, and is faster expensive but I got it on sale, he plays it all the time. He can play with his friends online and talk to them through the controller

All I can say is get yourself a pro model. Many say no different from base model, that’s not true at all !!!!!!!! You don’t need a 120 refresh rate TV to see the difference from base ps5 model trust me!!!! What a great upgrade from base ps5, if you do the math when if come to a 2 tb ssd you done spend over 2 hundred. What a steal. Plus with extra.Even if you have to go buy the disk drive to play your physical copies.

I wasn't sure initially if I had made the right decision in upgrading to the pro but once I started playing the PS5 pro enhanced games it is noticeably better in terms of picture quality, frame rates and load times. It's an excellent piece of hardware if you're a PlayStation fan.

Best console out there. Tried Xbox before and just didn’t like it. PlayStation consoles are the best, got the pro console because I don’t buy disk games. Digital games are just convenient. No need to have all kinds of disk laying around. I can take my console wherever and have all my games digitally. Love the big hard drive space. Excellent graphics.

I used to be able to hear my original PS5 start to labor with cutscenes or anything with high fidelity. This thing is a trooper. My PS4 games also look incredible. Make sure you hpgrade to a panel with cutouts for the exhaust

I bought an open box PS5 Pro and in excellent condition. All the necessary parts and accessories were in the box and everything works perfectly. Based off of this experience I would definitely go the open box route again.

The Ps5 pro is sleek and smaller than the original ps5 even with an attached disk drive. Hooked to a tv that can handle 120hz , VRR and more you get the most benefit for your games from ps4 to ps5 and pro enhanced. if you do not have an upgraded tv that can handle the benefits of the PS5 pro then stick with the standard ps5 or ps5 slim. upgraded memory , visuals, frame rates and ray tracing is what you get from the pro for some games. makes some ps4 games run better as well

Upgraded from the original PS5 and I’m in love with the PS5 pro! I will say: make sure your tv can support a lot of the added features before you make your decision whether it’s worth the extra cost. Things like 120hz, VRR, ALLM etc are new features that will only work if your television is compatible. Also, make sure you buy an external disc drive if you plan to play physical games!

Birthday gift for my son. Loved it. Just FYI, the cover that goes over the PS5 Pro box is 80% of the time will have a rip, torn, and/or circle seal on top will be torn due to transport or any type or stress movement. Still new product and the actual box has not been tampered with. It looked sus when I went to pick one up thru a online order but the manager assured me and even show me the others they had in stock to show how they received the product. The wire theft prevention place on these unit looks like may effect the outer packaging. Manager was very helpful. Can't remember the name but he is over three stores he in Houston Pasadena Texas .Overall great service and product.Sony is a great product!
