Bought a Pro in order to play the next gen update for the Witcher 3 at the best settings. Didn't regret my purchase in the slightest.

Awesome console! If your son can play it all night long, than you know it is a great console.

Small improvement in graphics and rendering time makes the console more attractive and competitive. The differences are about 10% or so. No vertical stand, no disc drive, and cheap cables and packaging is a disgrace to the nostalgia of unboxing and owning the PlayStation experience. Sony, don’t be cheap with your buyers especially those willing to spend more for your product.

I'm currently playing Baldur's Gate 3 on my PS5 Pro and it runs much smoother than it did on the PS5.

Definetly better than my og ps5, if you have a 4k 120hz vrr TV or monitor and have money then definitely worth it. I will say the fans on the Ps5 Pro is slightly louder than my launch ps5 when playing games, its not annoying but it is something thats on the back of my mind when playing games, because i can hear it.

Honestly Sony does this thing where they take an already good product and somehow make it even better and sleeker than it was already, if you are a gamer then you already know the deal, take the pro over the regular p5 any day, if you aren’t then you should know that yes the price point honestly is kind of crazy, if you’re okay with that then you’re getting a PlayStation 5 with upgraded hardware over the base model, you have to buy the disk drive if you still use physical discs separately but if none of this bothers you then go for it!

It's fine. Small incremental improvement in image quality. Enhanced games look a little sharper, with better framerates, a few more ray-traced reflections here and there. It's not going to be a mind-blowing difference. Don't expect that. The problem is that PS5 games already look pretty good, basically what this does is clean them up a little more. There are some annoying bugs, too. Downloads fail half the time with DNS errors. Manually setting DNS in my connection settings did NOT resolve this. This doesn't happen with any other device, not the base PS5, not my PC, not my mobile device. Only with the PS5 pro. There have also been some unexplained lockups where I had to restart the console, which again never happens to me on Base PS5. All in all... the "okayest" purchase I've made. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Still not sure if I want to keep it or not. 700 dollars seems like a lot of money for a small increase in quality, and the addition of new bugs that the Base PS5 does not suffer from.

But my dream PS5 and it’s working perfect. I love it and I recommend it.

Not a major upgrade from the ps5 but will say that it does have a lot of stability with frame rates and new performance modes! Recommend if youre able to do a good trade in! There are some cons such as there is not a disc drive included with this console, a vertical stand, and the price is quite expensive. Keep these in mind when thinking of it.

The absolute best game console on the planet. The graphics are simply out of this world. Run to the store and get one you will not be disappointed.

The PS5 Pro is seriously solid — games look cleaner, run smoother, and the graphics pop way more, especially with ray tracing on. It’s not a must-buy if you already have a PS5, but if you want top-tier visuals and buttery performance, it’s a nice upgrade.

I love this playstation. Easy to use and the storage is a great amount of space.

Christmas present for my guy and I didn’t really know much about it! Went with this version he loves it! He said he won’t have to worry about memory. All games must be bought through online store.

This console is really good. Everything runs super smooth and games look way better. It loads fast and I haven’t had any problems so far. The setup was easy and it works great right out the box. If you play a lot, it’s definitely worth it.
