Just got the PS5 Pro and started playing some of the titles that offer the enhancements for Pro. So far, I’m happy with what I see. It doesn’t change the why you play the games you love but it does make the replay experience more enjoyable with higher fidelity; along with higher frames per second. I’m happy with the choice to upgrade.

I love my PS5. I do indeed see the difference in the Pro. Edition. Get it if you have the extra money.

I did not want to upgrade to a half-step generation so soon after getting my PS5, which still feels relatively new, but the differences are dramatic and I'm glad I did. Graphics look sharper and the whole system just runs smoother. Doesn't sound like a motorcycle in media console anymore.

My PS5 arrived on time in perfect condition. I like the PS Plus subscription because I didnt have any games at all, so now I have a lot to pick from. God of War Ragnarok looks beautiful in 4k HDR. One note, on my sony tv, I have to use either HDMI 2, or HDMI 3, and go to settings to enable HDR (I forget what exactly the setting is called.

Ps5 pro, wow, superior graphics, I hope in PRO version there is no leeks

It’s much faster and you could tell the difference on the graphics when I compare it to my first generation PS5. I like how it has enough memory to download all my digital games. The only downside I have on it is that I have to buy the disc drive separately but other than that I’m happy with my purchase.

All around great machine and the performance difference is noticeable despite what you may read from detractors. I have a base PS5 for the kids and one in my office vs this pro as my primary. One issue that I can’t seem to figure out is the pro has issues connecting to PSN every time I boot up. It resolves itself after awhile but it is frustrating and is not present on the base models connected to the same network. Unsure what is causing it as I have tried all possible settings variations.

This system is the pinnicale gaming experience right now. It helps to completely immerse yourself into the game without having to fiddle with settings and take time away from the game with time already being a limited as it is. Once you have a played it and go back to the regular you realize the differences similarly to when watching 1080p and going to 720p on TVs.

Higher refresh rate, and improved performance across the board. Highly recommended for console players.

Works great worth the buy just wish it had a disk drive installed that I dont have to buy separately.

Overall, improves on PS5 in triple A games. I look at the Pro as more future proofing. Can’t say it completely trumps standard PS5, it’s a nice to have not a must have if you are wanting the best quality in triple a games. Bummer you have to buy a stand to go vertical, and a disc drive to play discs

I traded my original ps5 to get the pro and so far I’ve enjoyed it. Everything flows better and love the consistent viewing quality
