Great gaming system my kids love it it was a birthday gift

Definetely looks good on 4k but the price should make you think if you could buy a pc instead. In my case i own a pc and i have the ps5 on the living room so i can play on the sofa , pause and sleep. Im 36 so it worth it

Good console for sure but not worth it without a 4k 120hz oled tv or monitor barely a difference between the base model nice for 2tb ssd

I had no problem buying this item online on their website. My problem was when I was waiting to pick up my item. Instead of giving me a new box, that just came from the warehouse that I waited ten minutes for.They tried to give me a box from the back room that looked like it's been open and beat up. Again, first impression is the best impression. So for the item, I give it 5 stars only. Because of the front desk person who is helping me. I would give it zero stars. I shouldn't have to ask for the best that you have to offer. Micro center, look for the best box they have. When I purchase that $1299.99 monitor, that's what you call customer service.

I enjoy my Series X but it was time to give PS another chance. Picked up my Pro yesterday. There was a slight hiccup when they gave me a ripped box. Paying for a new item means it's sealed correctly. Customer service made it seem like nothing was wrong but regardless I got a replacement. So far everything runs good. I am game sharing so I pretty much have a full library of exclusives. Helldivers 2 gets pretty crazy and there's no frame drops at all with Strategems. So far so good. Hopefully more games get Pro patched.
