The PS5 is everything I hoped for in a next-gen console. Lightning-fast load times thanks to the SSD, stunning 4K graphics with ray tracing, and the DualSense controller is a genuine game-changer—haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make gameplay feel immersive in a way I didn’t expect. It’s quiet, sleek, and surprisingly easy to set up. I’ve been playing titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and the performance is buttery smooth. Backward compatibility with PS4 games is a huge plus, and the UI feels intuitive and snappy.

2tb's of storage, the new PSSR feature and the enhancements for certain games (FF7 Rebirth) was the biggest selling point for me. I think Sony really outdid themselves with this console and it's performance. My biggest gripe with the console isn't about performance or any sort of hardware issue. It's the fact it doesn't come with a disc drive, that is probably everyones big issue. I do believe this is more or so for the enthusiast sony gamer or for anyone who wants to make the most out of their display that supports hdmi 2.1 and can really take advantage of the 120hz and uncapped frame modes some of these games can offer now. But truthfully, I really do enjoy this console.

Bought the PS5 Pro for “responsible adult reasons” and wow… huge mistake for my free time. Setup was easy, load times are basically gone, and everything looks ridiculously good. Games run so smooth it feels unfair. If you enjoy productivity and sleep, maybe skip it. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Gave my nephew my old ps5 as a gift and I upgraded to the ps5 pro, and lets say its worth the upgrade. God of War Ragnarok and other ps5 pro enhanced games feel like PC upgrades. One thing to keep in mind not all PS4 or PS5 games have pro enhanced patches yet so some games will still run as they did before. I'm the type of person that pays attention to the tiny details and want to get the best out of my Alienware monitor which this ps5 pro does. I'm definitely happy with my purchase. Comes with 2 TB which is much needed since a lot of games take up a lot of space.

Getting a PS5 Pro is a decision that I do not regret. It has already been a transformative experience by providing substantially better graphics (details, resolution, etc) while also delivering better framerates than before. There are already roughly 100+ games that are either Pro enhanced or arriving shortly. In addition, the system can boost image clarity for all PS4 titles, and the automatic boost mode essentially ensures that any game you throw at it will perform better. Playing games with dynamic reaolution are startlingly different/improved thanks to the Pro’s significantly better GPU. This console simply csn’t be beat for the price, especially when compared to PC. A comparable PC with similar specs is easily twice as much in price as the PS5 Pro (even more expensive for prebuilt PCs), plus PC gaming is filled with rampant cheaters, buggy/bad game ports, and you have to deal with the cancer of Windows OS. Save yourself a giant headache and get a PS5 Pro instead.

The PS5 Pro is exactly what I hoped for. Games look noticeably sharper, smoother, and more detailed especially with the higher frame rates on supported TVs. Load times are instant, HDR looks better, and overall performance feels much more consistent. It handles demanding games like NBA 2K, Call of Duty, and open-world titles with ease.

I havent had a playstation for years so i dotn know anythign abiut ps5, but this is truly worth buying, specially if you play call of duty. i play 4k and 120 fps on my tv and it works perfectly. Altho i would really liked it came at least with the stand included, or the disc reader but well at lwast it came with more storage thats why im giving it 5 stars

I went from the base PS5 to the PS5 Pro and wow the difference in speed and quality on games is better and I can definitely tell the difference. If your a hardcore gamer and love PlayStation then this is the one you want to get to maximize your gaming

Purchased this for my son. Hes into gaming and had a few issues with the hdmi cable on his old 1st gen Playstation, so i decided to upgrade to the pro. I had him give his old one which he fixed to one of his friends for free since he was getting a new one, kindness is better. He loves the speex and graphics and the storage is amazing. Purchasex the disc attachment too, which i would highly recommend getting along with the Playstation pro. Great purchase imo.

Bought for Death Stranding 2, and GTA 6 next year. Have to say its worth every penny, very sleak, quiet, and fast.

I was hesitant at first to upgrade but I have the original day one edition ps5 and it still runs great but I wanted something stronger. This ps5 with the pro upgrades is what gaming should be, even the depth and environment of games is noticeably better and more defined. The load times also much better and there’s even an option in the setting to enhance the graphics on ps4 games. Overall if you’re looking for a better gaming experience then get one of these. You will be blown away with the ps5 pro enhanced titles!

The Playstation 5 Pro is the pinnacle of modern day gaming, its stunning graphical detail and smooth framerates give the gamer the best experience when playing games. While the price can be a little daunting and at the sake of this review sounding like ChatGPT wrote it lol. The console is worth the money and then some to get the best possible gaming experience money can buy right now. Couple the console with the most immersive controller on the market with Dualsense and you have a winning package!

Great system. Beyond happy with this purchase after waiting some time to jump from the PS4 to the PS5 Pro. Anyone in the same boat as myself that has been waiting to upgrade systems, this one is a definite leap in quality from one generation to the next. Purchasing the optical drive is a must for anyone who really does want to get the most out of the system and enjoy not only games, but uncompressed 4K UHD tv and movies. While it is a bummer that PS3 games are still not available (MGS4), there is plenty to enjoy with such a large library all ready available. With a possible price hike due to ram shortages, among other things, if you're on the fence about getting the system I say do it now.

I picked up my PS5 from Best Buy and let me tell you this thing rips. The graphics are wild, load times are practically nonexistent, and the DualSense controller? Feels like magic in your hands. Even when I’m not playing the latest AAA game, I’m deep in The Binding of Isaac, and it runs buttery smooth. No lag, no delays just pure, chaotic dungeon-crawling bliss. I didn’t think I’d notice a difference on an “older” indie game, but even that feels upgraded. Best Buy made it super easy to grab one and I couldn’t be happier. Whether you’re into cinematic blockbusters or cursed basement roguelikes like me the PS5 is 100% worth it.

The PS5 Pro is pretty good. I get a stable 60 fps in most games. The Spider Man series are the only games where my system can achieve more than 60 fps and still look visually stunning. I just don't think the added $200 is worth those upgrades. This system needs a specification bump on the CPU to at least 5 ghz while maintaining its 8 cores. More RAM wouldn't hurt either. However at that point one might as well build or buy a mid-range PC. I would recommend the PS5 pro as a guilty pleasure purchase.

The PS5 Pro is great. A lot of games have modes specifically tailored to the PS5 Pro, allowing you to play games at 4k 120fps which I do not know to be possible on the base ps5. That 2tb upgrade is also a life saver.

Great system. PSSR is pretty slick, and having the expanded hard drive is awesome.
