Went from a base ps5 digital to a ps5 pro and I got a good price on it from Best Buy and I can see the difference already. Trust me, you’re gonna need this upgrade when gta 6 comes out.

Love the performance improvement (only a few games are optimized), it does not have a disc reader so make sure you buy one separately or you won't be able to play your physical games.

Amazing upgrade for anyone whos interested in the future potential of PSSR. I definitely noticed a difference in performance on games like ff16 and ff7 rebirth. Not only did they look better but they also played better too. Even the wifi is better than my base which I still use in my back office.

Great purchase so long as you have a good tv with it. Running the Sony Bravia 8 tv. The pro is a decent improvement ove the regular ps5.

If you're considering a Pro, look into pairing with an OLED monitor that has 120hz, supports HDMI 2.1 & VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) to maximize the power of the Pro. You'll see the magic. Recommended for gamers with a keen eye to quality.

If you looking for an upgrade the best way to go is with the pa5 pro

If you already own a PS5, it’s honestly not too worth it for the price to go with the PS5 Pro. I see some improvements in graphics, but for the most part you’d have to have both consoles side by side. Maybe later on in the generation, this will achieve better frame rates. Either way, the base PS5 will get you through to the PS6. Buy this if you’re a huge Sony supporter, enjoy higher frames and have extra money.

I got it and the games I play daily run better. That's what I got it for so I'm happy.

Good product for a first time ps5 user. Some internet connectionn issues. Requiring myself to restart console in order to get the browser to work and the ps store and ps plus pages to even load. Not best buys fault. But playstations support isnt as user friendly as they seem either which best buy told me to go to.

I’m actually pretty impressed with the leap in performance for the games that support it. I’m also a PSVR2 user and the improvements are noticeable there as well. However, I don’t think it was worth it for the price. If I had a digital PS5 or none at all, this would have been a great buy. But I already have a PA5 disc so this didn’t feel like a necessary upgrade
