I recently visited the Best Buy in Braintree to check out the PS5 Pro. The agent there was extremely helpful — they explained all the specs, features, and upgrades in great detail, which I really appreciated. The store itself is great, well-stocked with all kinds of electronics, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, after spending some time with the PS5 Pro, I have to say I’m slightly underwhelmed by its performance. While it runs most games smoothly, I noticed some lag and slower response times when playing more demanding titles like Call of Duty 6 and Forza Horizon. For a “Pro” version, I expected a more noticeable performance boost. Still, kudos to the Braintree Best Buy team for their excellent service — they made the experience much better overall.

Great product but little bit overpriced, if you’re not playing hard games don’t buy it

I surprise my husband with a PS5 pro. My husband loves it and shared the images are amazing. My husband is very happy with the product.

Ant really notice any improvement in graphics or speed yet but look forward to some of the optimized games coming later this year. It was easy to attached the external disk drive which I purchased too (I’m old school, lol)

Birthday gift for my grandson. I thought he would trade in his other PS5, but no, he and friends have more fun playing against the other team using both.

Good console but no real difference from the standard ps5 besides the storage.

Everything is so perfect visuals are crazy on an LG OLED

If you already have a standard PS5, that will likely get you through this generation of hardware without missing a beat. No true need to upgarde unless you are looking to have slight upgrades that dont apply to all games.

Love the PS5 pro. The new capabilities with the appropriate equipment to utilize them is great. Fast wifi. I can’t wait to see more pro enhanced games.
