I was sold a defective ps5 pro, it’s started crashing 5 days after purchase. I called Best Buy and geek squad told me to follow Sony recommended procedure for error code “CE-108262-9”. Did all the Sony recommended procedures and did not fix the problem. I took it back to exchange for a replacement and they said would have to be repaired even though it was less than 3 months old AND I HAVE A BEST BUY WARRANTY I PAY OVER $200 YEAR FOR!!! I was told by multiple people it would be replaced. Now it is being replanted and will take weeks to get replacement parts. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTING WITH PS5 pro and BEST BUY for selling a defective ps5 pro and not replacing it. Also I have wait over a month for my PS5 to come back. DONT BUY FROM BEST BUY

This product, in my opinion is a must have for great entertainment!

Tbh its good i like it but like the only true optimized games foe it is ps exclusives like games like blackmyth wokong kinda suck or dont look all that different from regular ps5

A great but unnecessary upgrade to an already great console. The visuals are definitely improved but the price point doesn't make the purchase worthwhile. The fact that it cost $200 dollars more than the base console with a disc drive and it doesn't have one is insane. The disc drive should be included at least, if not the price should be 100 dollars cheaper. Just stick with the base model its a better deal than the pro.
