    It’s good but not great. Def overpriced for a system that’s been out for 4 years and is marginally better. Doesn’t really bode well for PS6 if the developments are smaller and smaller.

    I bought the PS5 pro open box like new excellent condition and was extremely let down. The employee was rude. I had a bad feeling from the start. The app said there was only 1 left so I rushed to get it. It didn’t come in the original box, when I opened it the PlayStation was dirty and the middle part of the system was all scuffed up in poor condition. It clearly was used & abused. Since when did Best Buy start selling pawnshop ps5’s!! I returned it thinking they gave me the wrong one, I had them open up another one while returning it and that was in bad condition too. I just asked for a refund and left disappointed. Wow never again!! Worst purchase in a decade. Smh…

    Mine was defective. It wouldn't stay connected to wi-fi to actually download a game to play. I attempted to install multiple games on multiple days and it would disconnect every 5-15 minutes. I was unable to actually play anything. I returned it hoping to exchange it, but it was out of stock all around me. I know stuff happens with products slipping through QC, but it was disappointing. I'll try once more before going back to my launch system.
