Great console, however the controller included has a sticky triangle button. For the price I would expect everything to be impeccable.

II love my PS5 Pro. Excellent performance and superior graphics. However, the experience of getting it was a nightmare. By reading previous reviews, most of the people who purchased online ended up getting a pre-used, open-box item, so I didn't want to deal with such drama, so I visited the store, and the same thing happened. The crew member brought a fully destroyed box that clearly was a pre-used item, so I asked her to get another one, and she asked me to come back the next day. So I did, and I was offered the same ripped box used item, so she was like, "If you really want to get to play today, this is what you have to take," EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW THAT WAS NOT A BRAND NEW ITEM. So they decided to send an order so I could get another one at a different store. The store manager named Brad was awesome and got the issue resolved efficiently. Even though I have made several purchases through Best Buy, this has been the worst experience ever for someone who spent a lot of money trying to get a brand-new item, as it was paid for, and I ended up spending a lot of money on gas so I could finally get it. The second location I visited gave me a ripped box console, and that's when I got assistance from the manager.

No need to buy a PC, just get the PS5 pro and you PC Remote play. Bam you never need to upgrade PC again awesome system!

Bought this PS5 Pro for my brother since it was time he upgraded from the PS4. He loves it and is happy he can now play games he couldn’t before since they were exclusive for PS5

Definitely a noticeable difference from the regular ps5 i would only upgrade if your tv has the capabilities or features to take advantage of the hardware.

With the Pro and PSSR upscaling, that choice is gone. Games like Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Spider-Man 2 look incredibly sharp while staying buttery smooth. If you have a high-end 4K 120Hz TV, this console is the only way to truly see what it can do. If you want the absolute best version of every PlayStation exclusive, the Pro is it. The upscaling makes older games look brand new, and the added power ensures frame rates never dip, even in the most intense scenes. It’s quiet, powerful, and looks great in the setup. A must-have for hardcore gamers who want zero compromises. Everything about the Pro feels premium. The move to a 2TB SSD is a lifesaver given how large AAA games are now. I finally stopped playing "storage Tetris." The advanced ray tracing is also a noticeable step up; reflections and lighting in games like Alan Wake II are stunning. It’s a significant investment, but for the faster Wi-Fi 7 and the sheer graphical headroom, it’s easily the best gaming experience available right now.

Great process of ordering online and pick up was easy, my only problem was that they put stickers all over the $700 playstation 5 pro box and as a collector i keep the box for display and decals wont come off without riping image off box. So id say they need a sticker that will remove easily so boxes arent ruined.

I’m not very impressed with this generations pro console it’s over priced and you would think that this gpu upgrade would give you a meaning full boost to performance but it simply doesn’t in most games there are so tile that you will appreciate the extra performance headroom that gpu gives you but for the most part, you still get poor performance on games that launch with unstable frame rates and PSSR is a big hit and miss haven’t seen an implementation. That is truly impressive yet. Also be in mind that you cannot play the best PS5 version of any game so if they end up touching the game for PS five Pro upgrades and the upgrades aren’t tasteful to your liking you can’t go back unless you have a Disc

Hefty price tag but sinply amazing that I don't regret buying.

Let me start off with this console is amazing .you can definitely see the upgrade in performance.But apparently there is a issue where alot of people are having wifi and costant disconnection issues that are appearing on the playstion pro reddit. I cant stay connected to my wifi for more than a hour and have never had these issues with my old console . I will also add that my modem is a few feet away. Most likely im going to exchange once.if it is a major issue that was over looked or a quality control problem then ill just stick to my original ps5.

So pricy but so worth it, the best part is, you always get to a trade in your old device for a new one, kids are so very happy.

If you can afford to get it and you have a TV that can support 120hz refresh rate and/or VRR, then the PS5 Pro can be worth getting before 6.7.
