Getting a PS5 Pro is a decision that I do not regret. It has already been a transformative experience by providing substantially better graphics (details, resolution, etc) while also delivering better framerates than before. There are already roughly 100+ games that are either Pro enhanced or arriving shortly. In addition, the system can boost image clarity for all PS4 titles, and the automatic boost mode essentially ensures that any game you throw at it will perform better. Playing games with dynamic reaolution are startlingly different/improved thanks to the Pro’s significantly better GPU. This console simply csn’t be beat for the price, especially when compared to PC. A comparable PC with similar specs is easily twice as much in price as the PS5 Pro (even more expensive for prebuilt PCs), plus PC gaming is filled with rampant cheaters, buggy/bad game ports, and you have to deal with the cancer of Windows OS. Save yourself a giant headache and get a PS5 Pro instead.

Purchased this for my son. Hes into gaming and had a few issues with the hdmi cable on his old 1st gen Playstation, so i decided to upgrade to the pro. I had him give his old one which he fixed to one of his friends for free since he was getting a new one, kindness is better. He loves the speex and graphics and the storage is amazing. Purchasex the disc attachment too, which i would highly recommend getting along with the Playstation pro. Great purchase imo.

I havent had a playstation for years so i dotn know anythign abiut ps5, but this is truly worth buying, specially if you play call of duty. i play 4k and 120 fps on my tv and it works perfectly. Altho i would really liked it came at least with the stand included, or the disc reader but well at lwast it came with more storage thats why im giving it 5 stars

Modest upgrade over the base PS5 but the extra storage capacity is a huge plus. It’s also incredibly easy to add your own storage. Slightly smaller so it fits better on my entertainment center than the base model. Games will get 120 fps if you have a monitor that supports it.

I can notice the difference between the pro and the standard PS5. I will say it needs more space to stay cool but that's it's only negative.

The Playstation 5 Pro is the pinnacle of modern day gaming, its stunning graphical detail and smooth framerates give the gamer the best experience when playing games. While the price can be a little daunting and at the sake of this review sounding like ChatGPT wrote it lol. The console is worth the money and then some to get the best possible gaming experience money can buy right now. Couple the console with the most immersive controller on the market with Dualsense and you have a winning package!

No problems at all runs great and the extra memory helps over the original with no storage space for todays games

I picked up my PS5 from Best Buy and let me tell you this thing rips. The graphics are wild, load times are practically nonexistent, and the DualSense controller? Feels like magic in your hands. Even when I’m not playing the latest AAA game, I’m deep in The Binding of Isaac, and it runs buttery smooth. No lag, no delays just pure, chaotic dungeon-crawling bliss. I didn’t think I’d notice a difference on an “older” indie game, but even that feels upgraded. Best Buy made it super easy to grab one and I couldn’t be happier. Whether you’re into cinematic blockbusters or cursed basement roguelikes like me the PS5 is 100% worth it.

The speed is amazing, makes game play so much better, doesn't glitch like the previous systems

The PS5 Pro is pretty good. I get a stable 60 fps in most games. The Spider Man series are the only games where my system can achieve more than 60 fps and still look visually stunning. I just don't think the added $200 is worth those upgrades. This system needs a specification bump on the CPU to at least 5 ghz while maintaining its 8 cores. More RAM wouldn't hurt either. However at that point one might as well build or buy a mid-range PC. I would recommend the PS5 pro as a guilty pleasure purchase.

PS5 Pro really improves my gaming entertainment. Visuals are more clear and stunning, higher framerates, and loading times faster. Well worth getting for the best Playstation gaming experience

I am very happy with my new ps5 pro. It has more space and its speed is awesome. Till now I works perfect.

The PS5 Pro is a meaningful upgrade for performance-focused gamers, but the lack of a flexible disc drive choice may be a downside for those who still value physical media. A disc drive can be purchased separately though but is a hefty amount.

The Pro is the way to go. Enhanced graphics, faster performance and more storage. Keep more games ready to play in the library, and save as many clips as you like. And future proof your gaming experience for the new big titles! The only thing I might recommend is turning off VRR if you're playing on 4K resolution, as there is a known stuttering issue.

The PS5 Pro is a fantastic upgrade for anyone who wants to get the most out of Sony’s console exclusives. As a primarily PC gamer, I really appreciate the boost in performance and visuals—it makes a noticeable difference in how games look and feel. While the PS5 Pro is on the pricey side, trading in or selling your original PS5 helps offset the cost and makes the upgrade much easier to justify. That said, I was disappointed that a disc drive isn’t included by default. Since I still own a collection of physical PS4 and PS5 games, along with other media I like to watch, I had to buy the add-on separately. If Sony had bundled the drive in, the price would have felt completely fair. Overall, though, if you care about higher fidelity and smoother gameplay, the PS5 Pro delivers an excellent experience and keeps console gaming competitive with a solid gaming PC.

After using the PS5 for 5 years, Honestly it was worth the upgrade. Gameplay feel so much better, better response time in my opinion and also extra storage is amazing.

While the performance of most (not all) PS5 games is identical on the base PS5 and Pro, the resolution and graphical boost were immediately noticeable on the Pro. I didn’t expect to notice a substantial difference in those areas, but I immediately did in games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Spider-Man 2. The games look noticeably sharper than they did on my base PS5. So far, the experience has been fantastic and I don’t regret purchasing the console at all. However, if you don’t have a base PS5 to resell, the vaule proposition isn’t great.

Love the quality of this gaming system. Amazing speed .. just obsessed over the whole make of it. Storage capacity amazing the remote is outstanding. Overall just love it.

It enhances games like I never would’ve thought, it deletes the option of picking good graphics or high frame rate, the console makes running games at max fidelity and high frame rates a breeze
