I bought this because i sold my Ps5 for a good amount and it was a no brainer to get the Pro. I do notice an improvement in graphics and faster UI menu navigation even while playing games. My PS5 was a bit sluggish on the menus, this Pro is not like that. I hope to see developers utilize the PS5 Pro more. One negative for me is that the inputs like HDMI, and USB seem to wiggle and are a bit loose. I noticed this when plugging in the connections and it was a bit concerning and made me question the longevity of the system. The very lacking packaging and without a vertical stand made me frown. Something seems off with how this PS5 Pro was presented by Sony, no Edge controller, just the OG ps5 one, no proprietary UI enhancements, just the regular ps5 menus, no PS5 Pro icon near your avatar, just the PS5 one. Nothing really screams out "look at me, i'm the PS5 Pro" and it kinda makes me feel like "why is this being sold?". Sony is really missing the opportunity to sell, attract, and retain their player base with the lacking effort here. Im not trying to sound picky but the fact is that even simple products like Gillette razors are marketed, advertised, and packaged eloquently, with awesome visual representations. The higher tier razors get better looks, better accessories, and better packaging. Those products are boasted and praised by the company and it doesn't just show in social media advertising , it shows by whats actually supplied and integrated into the products themselves so that the consumer feels like they're really using something great. Sony, you're not new to the consumer market, don't fall short on connecting with your customer base by not showcasing the benefits of this PS5 Pro, which is the top of the line console to date. Customers want to feel like they are valued and also that the product they purchased has value. Its not just about the technology, processor, plastic, in the box that matters, its also the unique and distinctive aspects that make your products stand out from the rest.! Don't get me wrong, i enjoy the PS5 Pro, its not a bad product, but i am going to call out what is blatantly obvious. Do better because you are better Sony!

I have a PS4 pro that is working well and I decided to switch to PS5 pro . It is an excellent console everything is better 100% recommended.

Beast of a console. Pro enhanced games look amazing! Even games that arent seem to run smoother and look better as well. Loving the extra storage and not having to constantly delete games to make space. Price is steep but if you can afford it definitely worth it if you dont already have a ps5.

I love this gaming system. I recrntly got into gaming as a way to connect with my family while I’m on the road. I absolutely love it. I’ve been playing almost every day since I purchased it. I’m able to play with mt children while working in another state, so we schedule game nights for when everyone is available. When I’m not playing games, I am able to watch tv using one of the streaming apps that I have downloaded. And I don’t havr to deal with keeping up with my game discs, because everything is downloaded.

Upgraded from launch ps5 to ps5 pro via the trade in promotion BB was running. Graphics are improved and memory increased but i now need to upgrade my TV to unlock full potential of ps5 pro

I suppose it’s just in time for all these new games that are coming. I can’t get enough of my Pro. Fast, beautiful graphics and the best is yet to come.

definitely puts a little ump in your games. I'm getting 144 fps on call of duty and a lot of games are on the way to fully use the extra computing power of the ps5 pro like GTA 6

I thought it was a bit overpriced. However my boyfriend really wanted the new console. It has been nothing but good to us. Runs fast, graphics are great, and we have had no issues. Best Buy made the purchase easy & fast. We made the switch from Xbox to Ps5 and we would never go back!

PS5pro launch was pretty rocky, but the tech adoption by developers has started to improve, as well as firmware updates smoothing out what developers can get out of the system. Finally starting to see solid performance improvements for games that support optimized for pro. Apparently Sony is releasing another big firmware update in Jan or Feb that will improve things further as well.

Very happy with the Pro… ive been playing many of the pro enhanced games over the last couple days and I’d say its a noticeable difference on framerate, graphics, color, and smoothness of the games. My agrument is not about the price or comparison of the base PS5. For the price I think its worth it for those serious counsel gamers with high end products.

Worth the extra 200 for the storage alone i have already played with this for a few months and it has been a beast at runing anything i want on it

It was really good , I got this gift for my husbands birthday , he always wanted to have play station 5 but always refuse because it’s expensive so on his this birthday I treated him like a child and got him this and it’s pro features are amazing , best part you don’t have to have physical games you can purchase it online whatever you like and it will be there .

A significant upgrade compared to the regular PlayStation 5. The Pro looks considerably better and runs much more smoothly

SPEED IS LIFE in gaming this net card is RED HOT. 78 yr old gamer here this is for you pawpaws and kiddos. Could not be happier. I also have BB Total Care for all my LT’s and TV.

Best console of this generation. A reinvention of an already excellent product with enhanced graphics and performance.

Ps5 Pros definitely a step up and with a 2TB hard drive? I’m not wasting any space game trying games or updating

Verry happy with my purchase! The Pro version is much better when compared to the standard PS5. Do yourself a favor and get the Pro version!! Oh and dont forget to pair it with a 4K OLED gaming monitor! I have mine paired with a ASUS ROG PG32UCDMR and its absolutely mind blowing!!

Best purchase ever, i love it and no issue with it until now. Its been a year now. No issue or anything . Just fun.
