Purchased as an open-box return. Console and controller were in new condition. It was just missing the small feet to prop the console up horizontally, so I had to rig something myself. Not a huge issue. The experience has been excellent otherwise. Graphics and performance have been solid, and the controller is more comfortable than expected coming from an Xbox. I just wish that, for the price, Sony would have included a disc drive, or at least the vertical stand. Ideally both. It would live up to the "Pro" moniker a lot better.

The PS5 Pro felt good before the pssr, now for the price point it feels incredible; if you've got an OLED TV this is the definitive gaming console to use.

Bought this to replace my launch day PS5. Sold that to offset the cost of this PS5 Pro which made it an easy purchase. Definitely worth the upgrade, currently playing Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and the PS5 Pro specific Versatility Mode they added is amazing! Maybe the best graphics I've seen yet on the PS5 while also running buttery smooth. Now we're talking! :-) Easy five star system. Go Pro, PS5 Pro!

I have an OLED in my game room and the ps5pro just takes advantage of how beautiful the TV is. I can finally run games at 4K 120fps with no issues it’s the best purchase I’ve made

Ps5 is the best video game console I've ever owned. The graphics and sound are unbelievable and the controller is very smooth and quiet.

I actually noticed a difference from the regular ps5 to this one. Mainly play the new battlefield.

Do you need one? Probably not. But it does perform a lot better than the original PS5. The main reason I bought it was to future proof, since there are a lot of games coming out in 2025 that will be PS5 enhanced.

Very easy set up and games look great. The pro can enhance older games which is a great bonus!

Played Xbox for a little over a decade now, decided to get the PlayStation 5 for this exclusive games. So far I really enjoy the time I’m having playing God of War, Spider-Man, and Ghost of Yotei. The dual sense in the controllers is a nice touch too! I would really recommend getting this console, although it is a shame Xbox and PlayStation don’t have many cross-progression games.

I just upgraded my TV and wanted to get the most out of it so I upgraded to the PS5Pro. If you have a good 4k 120hz VRR TV the PS5Pro is going to give you the best experience currently possible for gaming and steaming. A dedicated 4k Blu-ray player can give you a better cinematic experience but it is up to you if the difference between the PS5Pro is worth $200+
