The product is great, the new terms and conditions are scary and very upsetting and not what I was expecting when upgrading to this console from my base ps5. The customer service at Best Buy was really the only great experience.

I love it best gaming console on the market. No other console I would prefer using.

All of these reviews hating on this are wrong. The graphics upgrade is 100% worth it. It is unfortunate that it doesn't come with a disk drive. So far ive tested: lies of p, last of us part 1, demon souls and the graphics are phenomenal.

Great unit, I am happy to have one of this pro versions, I have already purchased some favourite games.

Smaller than the release version. Is it worth the price over the original one? No. Buy it only if you have extra cash and you don't have the regular PS5. Very hard to see any difference.

Fast load times, great graphics, great games, great controller. User Experiences are dialed in. My only complaint is that Sony won't support the Logitech G27 wheel for no reason other than licensing.

Excellent niche upgrade for PlayStation enthusiasts. If you’ve never had a PlayStation or are not putting in a ton of hours gaming, you may want to just get the base console.

Awesome, very quiet 4k 120fps is a very nice step in the right direction for PlayStation.

It's faster, sleeker and looks better (console and games). Still playing around with it, but like the upgrade so far. Wish it had the disc drive (and/or I could find one) and wish it was less expensive, but that's that.

[Employee of bestbuy] First thing… A gaming PC builder here. If you want to buy a gaming PC for 699$ be my guest. Youll be doing it again next year as well cause all you get in the PC world for 7 bills is obsolete last gen tech, if your lucky you might be able to run SIMS 4. The PS5 pro is worth the investment. With its capabilities Id rank it up there with the $2500-3k PC builds. The regular PS5? Good box, but the Pro is worth the extra.
