Ordered open box and received a base PS5 instead of a pro extremely disappointed

Product wasn’t new it was previously opened and used.yet I paid for a new console.

Best console but very little next gen games only. Adaptive triggers worst thing ever. Feels like buttons are stuck or need WD-40.

It was factory defects, didnt work well, over heating

Bought excellent condition and suppose to have every part and was missing controller and charger! Contacted support and wanted me to drive out of my way to return and exchange! Waste of time and terrible service!

The leap in performance with this console is immediately noticeable. While I love the portability of handheld devices, experiencing visually demanding titles like Black Myth: Wukong with the PS5 Pro’s enhanced ray tracing and consistent frame rates on a big screen is absolutely breathtaking. It delivers an incredibly smooth, premium experience that truly elevates modern gaming.

For the price I've been pretty let down so far. I was hoping it was a big enough power jump to fix games like Alan Wake 2 and Jedi Survivor. Games like Dragons Dogma 2 also look a lot worse on the Pro, despite the better performance. The only games that look good were games that already looked great on the base PS5. I remember the PS4 Pro being a lot more transformative at the time, and it cost the same price as the base PS4 at launch and it included the disc drive. I honestly can't recommend this console to anybody for the time being.

I bought this PS five for my stepson and I only lasted him not even a month now every time he goes on it his screen turns green and it turns off and never stays on that long and I do not know what else to do anymore because this PS5 five is doing nothing but giving my family a headache

Bought A PS5 Pro from the store, after 20 days it wouldn't turn on. Returned to the store day 21 to swap for a new one. Was told they have a 15 day return policy if you're not a member. Had to pay $50 to be a member to extend to a 60 day return window. Both shembe controllers feel bad. Let trigger is too rigid right trigger feels loose.

Product quality is fine. However, Best Buy doesn't check to ensure there are the mounting feet included as part of their "excellent" checkup. This has happened on multiple PS5 items.

Love it but not worth the extra cost to get the Pro

Was excited when I first heard they were coming out with another pro console. But its mostly dissapointing similar to the ps5.

Even open box excellent isnt tested properly. Previous owners info was still on the system and graphic glitches after 5min. Marks on the casing also. They dont test these at all.

This was a terrible experience. You'd think a tech store would have a better tech experience for their customers. I purchased this item three times online and one time in the store. Every time my purchase was canceled for NO REASON. I spent hours on the phone with terrible customer service and no one could help me. I finally gave up and purchased the item from another retailer.

Not worth the extra money just get the slim PS5 or any one besides this cause it is not worth the extra $300
