I’m very satisfied with the purchased. It’s a great game console but a very high in price.

Bought this for my son. So far he loves it. Graphics are amazing. Took a while to update everything when first starting the system, but nothing major.

The spec sheet might not look too different from the ps5 but the pro model definitely delivers a smoother experience. From the AI upscaling to the faster downloads it feels a lot closer to a gaming pc than a console. Awesome piece of gear if you can afford it

It is a nice upgrade from the original PS5. Who cares what some people say about it. I like it and its definitely an upgrade. Especially if you have a TV or monitor that can take advantage of it's specs.

Graphics are really good with no buffering. Try purchasing PS subscription.

Knowing the original PS5 with disc drive is a fine machine and having had a PS4 pro I knew the upgrade would be nice. Saying that I skimmed over the review and noticed it did say play all you blurry in HD etc. So i bought it online, picked it up, and instantly noticed it said no disc on the box. So i looked quickly again at the description on yes it says “addon player”. My fault yes fit originally glancing quickly but no thanks! For $700 it should have one and i still use disc often. Addon no thanks. I returned it right on the spot.

I’m actually pretty impressed with the leap in performance for the games that support it. I’m also a PSVR2 user and the improvements are noticeable there as well. However, I don’t think it was worth it for the price. If I had a digital PS5 or none at all, this would have been a great buy. But I already have a PA5 disc so this didn’t feel like a necessary upgrade

As an avid gamer, I was excited to upgrade, and it did not disappoint. If you’re upgrading from the base PS5, the improvements in performance, visuals, and cooling make it worth it if you have the funds; otherwise, keep it until you can't.

Great product, runs smoothly and love that I can put the system in sleep mode and immediately wake it up right back to where I left off in the game. 10/10

Great purchase so long as you have a good tv with it. Running the Sony Bravia 8 tv. The pro is a decent improvement ove the regular ps5.

The pro is a huge leap from the original ps5. I would know since I have the original ps5.

Love my new pro! I have a keen eye and I’m picky for my performance options. If you add an extra TB of storage to the base hard drive, with better hardware, this is a well worth it purchase.

I upgraded from an Xbox and am very happy I did. This PS 5 pro is before A.I. so I'll probably upgrade again soon.

I had some Ethernet issues when initially setting up but after switching to WiFi it worked. This seems to have been patched because I’m not having the issue anymore.

Good product for a first time ps5 user. Some internet connectionn issues. Requiring myself to restart console in order to get the browser to work and the ps store and ps plus pages to even load. Not best buys fault. But playstations support isnt as user friendly as they seem either which best buy told me to go to.
