Great console, it doesn’t matter if Sony went full Apple with the price or by selling the disc drive separately, the console delivered what promised, a notorious upgrade even from the original PS5 (compared GoT, looks and runs even better in the Pro)

The rating is more about what Best Buy "sold" than actual experience with the console. That side has been great, and I can tell the "little" differences from the normal PS5. Best Buy's definition of "Open Box - Excellent", however, left a lot to be desired. The box was destroyed, missing items, and looked very unloved. Support told me to talk to the store since it was from there, but the store didn't want to really do anything since I picked it up instead of physically picking the item. Console has been great, and I bought 3rd-party side panels to replace the janky ones that were "excellent" according to Best Buy.

Great overall product I would say I play any game. I want at high resolutions high frame rates with retracing enabled. It’s just a great console overall great job Sony.

I have spent hours gaming on this thing and it hasn’t skipped a beat. It didn’t raise my KD lol

Works well, my kids are very happy with this console! Keeps them busy and entertained.

The price tag and the lack of user friendly interface is what makes me give it 4 stars. But look at those graphics. Death Stranding 2 and Forbidden West Remastered look so perfect on performance mode. Make sure you have a TV that can handle this beast of a console.

After waiting for 4 years, I'm glad I decided to bite the bullet and go all out with the Pro instead of the regular PlayStation. It's been totally worth it & delivery was very timely too for both the console and all other accessories I purchased.

The work is perfectly executed, and my son thoroughly enjoys it. This aligns perfectly with my expectations.

By far the best graphics in any playstation, I calman calibrate my tv’s and this brings out the best in quality of these graphics which are astounding. Thank you Sony and Bestbuy! So happy with this purchase I can taste the $400 gift card lol

Fantastic upgrade of a regular PS5 if you have a capable display. The increase to image quality on ps4 titles is a welcome addition via enhancements. PSSR is finally maturing.

People might act like it isn't much, but i noticed it right away upon turning on my first game. Placed side by side the difference is night and day, and that is just dragon age. When gta and other games made on the pro start releasing it will be that much better.

The graphics are far superior to the base ps5 im literally blown away by how incredible this system is!!

If you’re a serious gamer with a 4K 120 Hz or 8K display and want the absolute best PlayStation visuals today, the PS5 Pro is worth the premium.

PS5, but better. If you’re a gamer who loves the best experience possible, this is the console for you. Several games are night and day better looking then they were on ps5.
