The unit keeps turning off because it says it's too hot. My grandson can't play a game because the unit gets hot in less than a minute. What a piece of junk I am returning the unit back to the store

The box come open and broken but the playstation work good

Unimpressed with graphics versus PS5. For the cost, it did not meet expectations. DualSense edge controller should have been the default controller. Definitely not worth $700.

I dislike that it’s all digital and to find the disc reader for it is a nightmare. Bummed that they no longer make it with the disc reader. My son got 2 new games for Christmas and now he can’t play them. Horrible that in order to get the disc reader you have to sacrifice storage. My son rather have the storage so here I am trying to find out how to get his gifts returned to buy the digital version since I can’t find the extra add on

Complex and not straight forward to setup and use.

Bought this as a gift and it is top of the line. Everything downloads so fast. Recommend this for anyone looking for anything faster

If you’re the type of person who would spend the money on this kind of spec bump, you don’t need a review to help you. You like spending money for the latest tech and this is it for the time being. It does what it’s says it should but I wouldn’t trade up if you’re reading reviews to see if it’s worth the price.

Personally, I feel like I was ripped off when I purchased this. As an owner of the original PS5 since 2020, playing games on this felt no different than that and I just spent another $700 on a PS5 Pro and did not feel like I'm getting the benefit out of the PSSR that Sony has implemented in this console. This might come to life later but then you have to ask yourself when is the PlayStation 6 coming out? I actually decided to go Xbox after this

Only Pro in ps5 pro is .. 120 hz.. in 4K apart from that i dont feel any difference.. :(

Bought it for the satisfaction of having one, but I can safely say that the performance boost is incremental and hard to notice; in contrast, when I upgraded to a PS4 Pro many years ago the performance boost was immediately evident. Buy for the luxury, but I can't recommend it over the base Ps5 model.

Love it...my only issue would be the young lady who checked me out...made it super awkward she kept asking me the same questions repeatedly...i told her my name was spelled wrong she said there's nothing she could do about it. I would want to have her check me out in the future thats for sure

Love the games and the system. But when playing with online friends if going from one session to next I have to restart system consistently. If it was just mine then I’d know it was my system but happens to everyone that is playing on the system
