It was factory defects, didnt work well, over heating

Underwhelming. And no disc drive. For an enthusiasts console it's a pretty poor 'pro'position.

The average user won't be able to tell the difference from the ps5, performance wise.

All my games are on disc and I can't find the disk drive for this thing anywhere. Best buy doesn't have it and I'm one of those fancy pro members I'm supposed to get that stuff lol. In all honesty if I can't find one in the next couple of days I'm just going to return the thing I. haven't even opened it yet. FYI for anybody who has their games on disks.

Bought excellent condition and suppose to have every part and was missing controller and charger! Contacted support and wanted me to drive out of my way to return and exchange! Waste of time and terrible service!

Best console but very little next gen games only. Adaptive triggers worst thing ever. Feels like buttons are stuck or need WD-40.

Only bought for gta6 and no it’s not even coming out

The game keep clocking out and restarting the system. Something I know it’s not supposed to do.

Have to step down the resolution and put it on its side in order to keep it running. Should have purchased an XBox

For the price I've been pretty let down so far. I was hoping it was a big enough power jump to fix games like Alan Wake 2 and Jedi Survivor. Games like Dragons Dogma 2 also look a lot worse on the Pro, despite the better performance. The only games that look good were games that already looked great on the base PS5. I remember the PS4 Pro being a lot more transformative at the time, and it cost the same price as the base PS4 at launch and it included the disc drive. I honestly can't recommend this console to anybody for the time being.

Bought A PS5 Pro from the store, after 20 days it wouldn't turn on. Returned to the store day 21 to swap for a new one. Was told they have a 15 day return policy if you're not a member. Had to pay $50 to be a member to extend to a 60 day return window. Both shembe controllers feel bad. Let trigger is too rigid right trigger feels loose.

I bought this PS five for my stepson and I only lasted him not even a month now every time he goes on it his screen turns green and it turns off and never stays on that long and I do not know what else to do anymore because this PS5 five is doing nothing but giving my family a headache

Product quality is fine. However, Best Buy doesn't check to ensure there are the mounting feet included as part of their "excellent" checkup. This has happened on multiple PS5 items.

Even open box excellent isnt tested properly. Previous owners info was still on the system and graphic glitches after 5min. Marks on the casing also. They dont test these at all.

Love it but not worth the extra cost to get the Pro

Was excited when I first heard they were coming out with another pro console. But its mostly dissapointing similar to the ps5.

Stick with the regular ps5…. Should of saved my money
