I recently purchased a Sony Playstation 5 Pro at Best Buy - far superior to my PS5! The improved graphics and performance - goodnight - no wonder why Sony won the console wars! And it's so quite - that baby purrs like a kitten! PS5 Pro is an awestruck wonder and my kids love it!

The PS5 Pro is a solid and thoughtful upgrade that bridges the gap for gamers who want more visuals, smoother gameplay, and more storage — without jumping fully into PC territory. It isn’t perfect or revolutionary, but it does enough in the right places to make it worthwhile for the right audience. For people who want to future-proof their setup (especially with high-end TVs) and who want better performance now, it’s a good investment.

I’ve had a standard PS5 since it came out and worked great. I decided to trade it in and upgrade to Pro after getting a TCL QM6K (awesome! FYI). The difference is absolutely noticeable!! Games play so much smoother with the increased frame rate, without sacrificing visual enhancements. I’m even more amazed at how much better older games look too. I’ve gone back to a few of my favorite PS4 games and enjoyed them like new. If you can spare the money it’s an awesome upgrade!!

Great product. Working as intended and is a step up from the PS5. Is also a bit quieter.

I love my PS5 Pro! Does everything I heed it to and more. 4K gaming at 120fps!! Sleek design, looks good in my living room. Paired with a surround sound system and 4K TV, this thing rocks!! Can play for hours without overheating issues. I am very happy with my Playstation!!

Compared to the ps4 pro this thing is wisper quiet. Smaller than the og ps5. Have had zero problems with mine and ive had it for a while. The stands they give you are pathetic to say the least i just use my ps5 og stand. "Is it worth the extra money?" You may ask i say no just get a basic ps5 and save the rest of the money for a ps6

Recently upgraded and while it’s not a super noticeable difference but if you’re using a high end TV like an OLED with 120hz refresh rate is where you’ll notice the upgrade. Games runs much smoother with higher frame rates when playing on the Pro and in my opinion is worth the upgrade! But I will say for the price point it should have included the disc drive.

What can you say....the PS5 Pro is great. I did notice a slight difference in graphics from the PS5. I love that you can transfer data from one PlayStation to the other and I also love you can set up remote play. Overall great product and easy to install the add on disc drive too.

Had some minor issues with the delivery company but other than that perfect condition for being a open box product still have zero issues minus some heating problems that the PlayStation 5 is notorious for despite Sony claiming to fix it with the pro other than that extremely happy with my purchase

In comparison videos, youtube compresses the video. Its why many causal gamers cant tell in PS5/PC/XSX comparison. In-person the games are definitely much sharper, higher resolution, and who doesnt like more frames. I played RE4R on 90-100 fps on fidelity+ray tracing. Tested on my 48” LG B4 oled and &3” G3 oled.

A PS5 with a beefier GPU, PSSR upscaling technology, and 2 TB of storage. Nice bump in FPS in GT7 in VR (albeit with some artifacts). Sucks to have to buy a separate disc drive, but the used market should make up for the extra cost. Snagged an open-box and used gift cards for a great price.

For the extra money you get extra storage, higher frame rates/fidelity modes, and other visual perks if your display supports them. If you want the best this console can deliver then this is the one to get vs the base PS5. Other than that, both are great choices.

Perfect system! 2 TB of space really grabbed my attention! Super sleek and super stylish. Really recommend the Pro model and its bells and whistles.

The PS5 Pro is great. A lot of games have modes specifically tailored to the PS5 Pro, allowing you to play games at 4k 120fps which I do not know to be possible on the base ps5. That 2tb upgrade is also a life saver.

Honestly I was a little hesitant on going from the standard PS5 to the Pro but I’m glad I did. On the surface it seems like the same but when you’re playing single player games while having the comfort of performance and graphics it is life changing.

The ps5 pro is a wonderful console with quicker loading times and tons of space.

Better than I thought, FF7 REBIRTH looks better and the higher frame rate makes it feel much better than the base PS5.

First, my thoughts on the price: You literally get what you are paying for. Don't listen to all the crybabies on the internet complaining about the price and no stand and no disc drive. Ironically, most of the crybabies probably purchased the original ps5 from scalpers for 700+ dollars. Do your research, look up Linus Tech Tips review of the pro on YouTube, at the 7 minute mark he breaks down theprice tag.....My thoughts on performance: The performance is amazing. I got rid of my original ps5 because I couldn't stand the fact that I had to pick between 30fps fidelity or 60s with muddy textures...the pro eliminates that ridiculous choice and let's you have both fidelity and 60+ fps. I've tested all my games and the difference is dramatic. What many reviewers aren't emphasizing enough is the fps boost. If you have the money, buy it. If you can't afford it, quit crying and hating on those who bought one. The worst part is the haters are saying things about the pro that aren't true....do your research folks...you are getting what you are paying for.
