I was going to buy a memory upgrade for my PS5 due to having to keep deleting and downloading games. Just go annoying and 2 of the games I had downloaded took 80% of the storage so I was kind of stuck. I bought the PS5 Pro with a $50 discount and used the Best Buy trade in program for the PS5. When you compare that to the cost of a new SSD for the PS5 came out to being out of pocket about an additional $150 to $200 which is not a huge amount to me. The performance is a little better on the big budget games, but have not found anything significant just yet. Overall, I am hoping the PS5 Pro keeps me going for a while and I think I am going to go Pro to Pro going forward when they come out with PS6 to PS7.

This by far the best ps5 graphics are AMAZING And super quiet

I see a difference between the 5 and The Pro. The colors are vibrant, the extra storage internally. Personally, I think it's cheap you don't get the drive automatically like with the 5. But, I do like it.

I’m very happy with my PlayStation 5 purchase from Best Buy. The console runs smoothly, delivers amazing graphics, and has made gaming much more enjoyable. Delivery was quick, the packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, both the product and the service exceeded my expectations.

Very nice in appearance and extra pieces went on with no issues. Runs games smoothly. Also no heating issues or crashes which was an issue with our last model.

Exactly what I wanted it to be. I no longer have to deal with the massive dips in visual fatality to play games at higher frame rates. The performance is great and on top of that the added storage is a big bonus

Small improvement in graphics and rendering time makes the console more attractive and competitive. The differences are about 10% or so. No vertical stand, no disc drive, and cheap cables and packaging is a disgrace to the nostalgia of unboxing and owning the PlayStation experience. Sony, don’t be cheap with your buyers especially those willing to spend more for your product.

Not a major upgrade from the ps5 but will say that it does have a lot of stability with frame rates and new performance modes! Recommend if youre able to do a good trade in! There are some cons such as there is not a disc drive included with this console, a vertical stand, and the price is quite expensive. Keep these in mind when thinking of it.

Graphics, storage and performance good. No major issues.

It's fine. Small incremental improvement in image quality. Enhanced games look a little sharper, with better framerates, a few more ray-traced reflections here and there. It's not going to be a mind-blowing difference. Don't expect that. The problem is that PS5 games already look pretty good, basically what this does is clean them up a little more. There are some annoying bugs, too. Downloads fail half the time with DNS errors. Manually setting DNS in my connection settings did NOT resolve this. This doesn't happen with any other device, not the base PS5, not my PC, not my mobile device. Only with the PS5 pro. There have also been some unexplained lockups where I had to restart the console, which again never happens to me on Base PS5. All in all... the "okayest" purchase I've made. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Still not sure if I want to keep it or not. 700 dollars seems like a lot of money for a small increase in quality, and the addition of new bugs that the Base PS5 does not suffer from.

I saw differences in fps and graphics between my old ps5 and the pro. Great upgrade in my opnion. If you currently have a ps5 and have money, upgrade to a PRO. If you don’t have a PS5 and want one, get the PRO.

Simple set-up and transfer ability from PS4 was a surprise. Absolutely worth the upgrade from the stock edition. Even if for the 2 TB ssd alone. Especially with titles consistently breaking 100 GB

Definetly better than my og ps5, if you have a 4k 120hz vrr TV or monitor and have money then definitely worth it. I will say the fans on the Ps5 Pro is slightly louder than my launch ps5 when playing games, its not annoying but it is something thats on the back of my mind when playing games, because i can hear it.

It's expensive but after a few months of owning it, I can definitely say that this is the best console on the market. Not everyone may care but the quality is undeniable. It's hard to look at my friends standard consoles. Key advise, don't buy it unless you have a TV/monitor that uses its full potential. Oh and the 2th of storage alone makes that price eatable, because extra storage is expensive too. Overall it was worth it for me.
