Note: This console was purchased to replace the same PS5 Pro that BestBuy shipped to me, with no outer shipping box to protect a $900 console. Not only was that console moderately rough-handled in shipping, but it was supposed to be New In Sealed Box. What they sent me was Open Box, and had been completely unpacked and used previously, as indicated by the presence of pre-existing user account data on the console upon my unboxing. I guess we’ll see if my 2nd attempt to purchase this console as it is being represented on BestBuy.com, turns out positive. Pretty sure it isn’t legal to represent previously opened electronics, as New In Sealed Box, to collect full price on previously used items… I’ve been buying TVs, AV Equipment, Computers, Game Consoles, etc. from Best Buy for 24 years. How this experience turns out, will determine whether that continues into the future.

Love the ps5 pro its by far better than the regular ps5 in my opinion also best buy is the by far the best place to purchase any Playstation or any other electronics based on there warranties and customer service

Id say this thing works great it keeps up with my 120hz 4k display and hasnt given any issues whatsoever. Probably the best gaming console out to date.

The PS5 is simply a masterpiece of entertainment. From the moment I turned it on, I was blown away by its speed and smooth performance. Load times practically disappear thanks to the ultra-fast SSD, making the gaming experience more immersive than ever.

The PS5 Pro is an amazing upgrade from the first one I purchased 4 years back!! I needed one to play when I’m not home so I made the old one my travel console!!! The graphics are next level for real on my sporting games!!!

I dig it, so far. I'll need to spend more time with it before i can make a more informed decision but it's off to a good start. It is ridiculous that Sony advertised this as a premium console (they certainly charged enough money to make it so) but they were too cheap to include a disc drive. I almost did not want to buy this and just go with PS5 slim. I changed my mind when i remembered how my PS4 pro lasted 8 years (and counting), so I'm gonna gamble on thid lasting me 8 years, too.

Better than the ps5. You get better frame rates and much more stable gameplay. If you have a good tv then go for it. Even though it’s not native 4k, PSSR helps to upscale the video to 4k while producing stable frame rates. The only downside is there’s no disc drive so if you want to add a disc drive to your ps5 pro, you can buy a disc drive for around $70.

Been wanting to get the PS5 for a while. BestBuy had it on sale, was able to get it. I also added the disc drive, it was easy. The best gaming system I could have bought. It’s loads super fast and I was able to upgrade some of my ps4 games to ps5 for free. I love my ps5 Pro.

Best purchase Iv made in a long time! With the scaling in graphics compared to the Original Ps5 the Pro is a masterpiece. Best Buy made it easy to purchase. Highly recommend!

Got this for myself to remind myself to enjoy life and play some games. It brings me back to my childhood. Such a fun time. The extra power in the pro gives me confidence that I’m getting the best experience possible.

Many people disregard the pro as too expensive and bad, get the performance absolutely blew me away. The 60 fps high res mode on Fortnite felt like a smooth 120 fps experience snd when switching between the two the 60 fps felt almost as buttery smooth as 120 fps. The enhanced ray tracing looks magnificent and the graphics have gotten significantly better, and you will not find a better pc for the price. It is an absolute beast of a console! A must buy for any enthusiast gamer.

Not much justifies my purchase I jus have a LGC2 and I’m ready for GTA 6 that’s it but it’s nice to be able to play this generation the way it was intended to be played EVEN tho there’s not that much Support/obvious upgrade to fidelity..
