Was really surprised with the PS5 Pro. I currently game on a PC with a 4070 Super and honestly it’s closer than I thought. Upscaling is really good as I game on a 55” 4K TV at 120hz and it looks amazing. Definitely recommend.

PlayStation was an amazing condition. Would recommend if you don’t have a PlayStation 5 if you do, it may not be the best decision. Also, make sure to check your TVs quality that one kinda got me.

I ordered this as an open box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived in the original box but was very dirty, even the charging box was disgusting. There was a deep dent on the bottom and the laptop screen had dried gunk on it. After purchasing i realized that the exact same laptop on the samsung website brand new was the same price i bought it as. I took it to the closest store and they agreed that it was unacceptable to be sold in as excellent condition and said that they dont keep these in stock so i could return it and repurchase it online, but it may not be available. They said since it was one dent it they would consider it good condition and offered to take $40 off if i decided to keep it as is. I feel like this wasn't an ideal resolution but reluctantly agreed so i wouldnt have to go through the hassle of returning and repurchasing as they assured me the damage was only cosmetic. The laptop itself is great and everything i hoped it would be. The pen doesnt need to charge and has a magnetic spot on the back of the laptop to attach to. It does say the webcam doesnt support facial recognition unlock but it does have a fingerprint/powerbutton which is nice. I am glad that the store tried to resolve the issue to the best of their ability but the laptop i recieved was not in excellent or even good condition in my opinion. I dont think the charging cord i received was the original one either as it was a slow charging cord and a cheaper one i had from amazon worked better. The website says an excellent condition item is supposed to come with all the original accessories. I would not purchase another open box item grom bestbuy no matter what condition it supposedly is in because the standards are non existent and the condition of the item i received really killed my excitement for the laptop. I would however purchase a samsung laptop like this again.

Most of my library has had a breath of fresh air added to them. PSSR has made my games sharper and the excess power has added fidelity to my favorites. Spider-Man 2 and horizon forbidden west especially have never looked better.

Great console does everything that you imagine it should. Games are a bit expensive is the only real downside. Added the disk drive to play older games

Totally worth it as a PlayStation fan, my old ps5 kept overheating and upgrading to this one was a good decision.

I loss my new ps5 pro and i just bought resident evil for it.. im super excited

I gotta be honest. The box smells like butt. I did some research and apparently this is a common thing with PS5s.. You get it into your car and then start wondering if you left food in there a week ago. I thought maybe one of the employees just had really bad body odor and it rubbed off on the box but no.. (thats what a lot of people on reddit thought about their experience too lol) Best Buy is always a good experience. Playstations stinky boxes are the problem. I usually keep boxes around for a couple weeks in case I have to return the item but this time, I did not.

At the moment no failure, just the normal thing that sometimes when you start a game it sounds a little loud
