    I LOVE it. The bonuses that come with the pro upgrade are amazing, but injy if you jave the correct tv to utilize them all. If youre a casual gamer, the upgrades arent worth the price. But if Playstation is tour main platform and you can notice the tech enhancements, than this is for you.

    I had no problem buying this item online on their website. My problem was when I was waiting to pick up my item. Instead of giving me a new box, that just came from the warehouse that I waited ten minutes for.They tried to give me a box from the back room that looked like it's been open and beat up. Again, first impression is the best impression. So for the item, I give it 5 stars only. Because of the front desk person who is helping me. I would give it zero stars. I shouldn't have to ask for the best that you have to offer. Micro center, look for the best box they have. When I purchase that $1299.99 monitor, that's what you call customer service.
