I wouldnt trade this for the world the pro is definitely the purchase of the year hands down.

Going from a PS4 Pro to a PS5 Pro is a Dream. Works amazing. Plays games flawlessly. Excellent Experience. No. I don't care about the missing Disc Drive. Its 67% More powerful than the Base PS5 with twice the storage. But not 67% More Expensive. Its Completely Worth it.

Play station user for years, overall way better than the normal PS5 by far. Storage capacity big time changer.

Verry happy with my purchase! The Pro version is much better when compared to the standard PS5. Do yourself a favor and get the Pro version!! Oh and dont forget to pair it with a 4K OLED gaming monitor! I have mine paired with a ASUS ROG PG32UCDMR and its absolutely mind blowing!!

The PS5 pro has the best graphics out of any system I've seen, and it operates smoothly with no issues. My whole household enjoys the system on the regular and I'd recommend it to anyone

I am an average gamer and I play a wide variety of genres. The PS5 pro has been great, I have not played it side-by-side with a regular PS5 so I cannot compare there but overall very happy with it and zero issues. Load times are lightning fast and graphics look great.

I love my PS5 Pro with it mass 2TB SSD and can download tons of games to save on for future playing. The graphics are amazing and it high speed microprocessor loads my games super fast ! This is the best game console SONY released!

Upgraded from launch ps5 to ps5 pro via the trade in promotion BB was running. Graphics are improved and memory increased but i now need to upgrade my TV to unlock full potential of ps5 pro

So these bad reviews are from people that dont even have the ps5 pro,but are giving usless opinions. The ps5 pro is a great system this upgrade is almost a next gen upgrade,so consider this,the ps4 pro was 4.2 TFlops of compute power, when ps5 game out it was 10.2 TFlops,thats 6 Tflops more than the ps4 pro,the ps5 pro is 6.5 Tflops more of the yotal of 16.7 TFlops, so thats literally almost a next gen upgrade, without a cpu upgrade, but the total power is there.. the xbox series x galaxy version is 2TB more space for $100 less than the pro.. ehich yes its expensive cause of price the hike.besides that the system isngood for whoever wants more power..so far i test 10 games and they all run really good. So if you dont have a ps5 and want one,ps5 pro is the way,if u have a ps5 and love it as it is,than This might not be fore you.. give it a try or just return it

This console is not for everyone. But for those who have the money, a premium tv set, and want the best of the best that’s currently available - then this console is the one to get. I already had a PS5 but I always get the Pro consoles for the living room. If ray tracing and better frame rates is something you notice and you don’t want to compromise how you play, then I recommend the console. You do have to get the disc drive separately but that’s going to be the new norm. The extra 1.2 gigs of console storage, the addition of PSSR, having the CPU overclocked, and having WiFi 7 is worth the price difference for me but the regular PS5 is just fine for the everyday gamer.

PS5pro launch was pretty rocky, but the tech adoption by developers has started to improve, as well as firmware updates smoothing out what developers can get out of the system. Finally starting to see solid performance improvements for games that support optimized for pro. Apparently Sony is releasing another big firmware update in Jan or Feb that will improve things further as well.

I only play with the PSVR2 and specifically GT7. The graphical and overall experience enhancements from this title alone justifies the cost. This is subjective to my opinion and use case, the image is clearer and ghosting is mostly non existent which until I experienced the Pro, didn't realize how distracting it was. If you play GT7 and happen to also have a PSVR2, then this is a must have, I'd say even before a rig, the controller experience is top notch.

It runs faster and quieter than the PS5. It also has better image quality.

definitely puts a little ump in your games. I'm getting 144 fps on call of duty and a lot of games are on the way to fully use the extra computing power of the ps5 pro like GTA 6

Amazing I love the system, it’s smooth and the games look much more visually stunning. The system doesn’t seem to haggle or slow down especially for titles where I did notice this in the original PS5
