Excellent graphics compared to the PS3 or PS4. Speed is wicked fast.

I have a PS4 pro that is working well and I decided to switch to PS5 pro . It is an excellent console everything is better 100% recommended.

Back when the PS4 Pro came out, I got it because I had a 4K 65" OLED and wanted to play Spider-Man the best way I could. When they announced the PS5 Pro, I had similar feelings for it. I spent most of 11/07/24 setting it up. Installing the disc drive for it, M.2, and stand. Now that I have a 77" LG OLED, I have to say it's pretty striking, the graphical upgrade that this machine produces is amazing. I have most of the games on its enhanced list, and going through them yesterday was nice. Is it worth 700 dollars? Your wallet will be the judge of that. Altogether this thing cost me $880 with the drive and stand. It is absolutely insane that Sony does not include them for this cost. Either way, I feel future-proofed to the end of the PS5's life cycle now. Not to mention Grand Theft Auto VI will likely support the enhancements. Looking forward to that.

Definitely a great upgrade from the original PS5 digital. Just upgraded for RE9 and love it

Im not sure why the overall rating on this is lower than the PS5 Slim. I love this thing. Came with more hdd space 2tb vs 1tb. Also games that are enhanced for the pro version look better. I was pleasantly surprised it came with an HDMI Cable.

I love the Ps5 and the Ps Pro. It just that step above. I really couldn’t be happier the purchase. Specially that I only paid $501 dollars with. Disk drive and stand. I got just in time for the big update for Grand Turismo 7.

I love this gaming system. I recrntly got into gaming as a way to connect with my family while I’m on the road. I absolutely love it. I’ve been playing almost every day since I purchased it. I’m able to play with mt children while working in another state, so we schedule game nights for when everyone is available. When I’m not playing games, I am able to watch tv using one of the streaming apps that I have downloaded. And I don’t havr to deal with keeping up with my game discs, because everything is downloaded.

I love this machine. It was definitely worth the upgrade from my launch PS5. RE9 looked amazing on it and it plays so much smoother. Definitely recommend this. I just wish my box was in better condition or maybe would have received a bit of a discount for it since I do collect video game consoles and games. Other than that, great product.

Overall, happy with my purchase, however not everything is going to run better, most games are still capped at 30 fps which means you won't be able to tell the difference in performance between the OG model and Pro model, however for the games that are either PS5 Pro Enhanced, or don't have an fps lock, the differences are massive, just make sure what ever game you frequently play will actually benefit from a purchase like this before buying.

Fantastic gaming console especially if you've got a capable tv to take advantage of it. Load times are faster then the original better performance options I'd highly recommend

I’ve owned the PS5 Pro for about 6 months. So far it’s working great. I also have an Xbox Series X. The graphics seem to be about the same but for my surround sound set up the PS5 sounds a little better. One of my favorite things is that you can access Apple Music and listen to your playlists while playing a game.

Exactly what I was looking for. 4K at 60hz on most games in performance mode. Plug and play. Relaxed couch gaming experience. And I don’t feel the need to upgrade to anything else any time soon.

Smooth as butter and sleek as butter, the games that advertise having improvements are noticeable on a 4k display. If you've only got 1080p, save your money.

Worth the price. Highly recommend. It definitely bumps up the framerate and the graphics quality in games, not all but definitely many.

Love that it is giving me steady and consistent frame rates while also keeping good Fidelity in my games. Price is high which is why I took away star due to having to pay even more for a disc reader. Other than that if you have yet to get a PS5 I would go with the pro over the base.
