I love this product but it for my brother for his birthday He absolutely is grateful since the graphics is awesome product is exactly what he expected if not more couldn't be happier.

I’ve always come to best buy for tech stuff, but my boyfriend loves using this PS5 pro we even thought about getting a better TV so it looks better when he plays. Best purchase ever!

I got the disc drive add on, which snaps on real easy and works great. Once you start playing games at pc quality 60+ FPS you cant go back, and as much as I wanna use those shiny Ray Tracing graphical fidelity modes in games, Ive never been able to because they lock at 30 fps. This seems to be the PS5 Pros entire purpose, allowing a 3rd “High Framerate & high graphics” mode, and so far I’m happy to have the option. Yeah the console is expensive, and youll likely wanna purchase the extra disc drive too, but you’re an adult you can make your own decisions

Very nice in appearance and extra pieces went on with no issues. Runs games smoothly. Also no heating issues or crashes which was an issue with our last model.

Great console. Would be even better wit a disk reader. Lots of storage was cheaper than upgrading my ps5 with more storage.

The graphics and game-play are crispy! However, my biggest gripe by far is the UI in ALL the menus of this console. Really? You want me to scroll left and right in PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Store like a chicken with my head cut off to only stumble upon what I'm looking for? OK Other than that, this console is FIRE!

Not much to say it a PlayStation it works wonderfully as it should. Customer service with bestbuy is top notch as always.

Works great, especially with PS portal, but make sure you have good internet connection to your home station.

I love the upgrade compared to the original PS5. Especially when playing shooter games or sports games. Always a huge PS fan, so this was a must. I ended up adding the disk drive. Highly recommend.

Great gaming experience. The frames on ps5 pro enhanced games are phenomenal. The speeds to load up the games are also very fast. Expensive, but way worth it..

Sony PS5 Pro can play PS4 & PS5 & PS5 Enhanced games. Boots up much faster than previous models. Downloading same game titles seems to be much faster via PS5 Pro vs PS4. Can add any fast USB external drives for: either backup console, or use external drive as "extended drive" to install PS4 games directly to external drives (drive maybe move between PS4 and PS5). And internal 2TB can be used for PS5 games. It is like PS2 and PS3. Every gamer should get one. Bestbuy has good deals and clearance for physical PS4/5 BluRay discs. Adding a BluRay drive allows playin 4K ultra BluRay movie, BluRay & DVD discs.

60fps performance mode with higher quality is a game changer! Gone are the days where you have to suffer lower graphics and resolution if you choose performance mode.

Looks better then standard ps5 graphics wise and the more space is helpful

The graphics are amazing, I love how it pairs with the ps app, I can download games from work and monitor progress. Big fan of the Sony eco system

Xmas sale took $100 off and BB increase trade-in by $100 so it was a great time to upgrade. System is fast and visual quality is beautiful on my Sony XBR. Only negative is I had to purchase a disc drive separately. Would think the flagship would come with all the bells and whistles.

Definitely better than the regular PS5 console. Double the price but doubled the performance.

Coming from PS4 console, this was a great upgrade to have to "too of the line" play station and graphics upgrades are the best.

Just got the PS5 Pro and started playing some of the titles that offer the enhancements for Pro. So far, I’m happy with what I see. It doesn’t change the why you play the games you love but it does make the replay experience more enjoyable with higher fidelity; along with higher frames per second. I’m happy with the choice to upgrade.
