Don't trust BB Openbox Excellent anymore

The problem is with BB openbox conditioning, no bad feeling on the PlayStation. Bought the PS5 Pro Open Box Excellent, I always thought BB would give me the product that match that description: "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). " However the console is dusty on the panel with a few scratches near the cable and USB ports, anyway I cleaned it and still considered it acceptable; However the controller is filthy with grime over the joystick and filled in the gaps plus unknown hair stick around, obvioulsy it has been heavily used and not even been wiped; Another thing that truly made me submit the return is, they gave me an HDMI 1.3 cable instead of 2.1. It's not that I don't have any extra HDMI 2.1, it just shows these people handling return or reconditioning literally know nothing and don't even care (or clean). Btw the power cable is from Apple, don't even know Apple has products that utilize this cable. Seriously BB, HDMI 1.3 for PS5 Pro!

Worth it for ME!

I sold my (day 1) PS5 for $365 to justify this $760+$90 (disc drive) purchase. Only recommend for the ideal gamer and tech heavy person.
