I bought it open-box and already used, but honestly, aside from the box being damaged, everything was perfect—just like new. I’m really happy with the purchase and it works better than perfect.

Great console, however the controller included has a sticky triangle button. For the price I would expect everything to be impeccable.

I’m not very impressed with this generations pro console it’s over priced and you would think that this gpu upgrade would give you a meaning full boost to performance but it simply doesn’t in most games there are so tile that you will appreciate the extra performance headroom that gpu gives you but for the most part, you still get poor performance on games that launch with unstable frame rates and PSSR is a big hit and miss haven’t seen an implementation. That is truly impressive yet. Also be in mind that you cannot play the best PS5 version of any game so if they end up touching the game for PS five Pro upgrades and the upgrades aren’t tasteful to your liking you can’t go back unless you have a Disc

a PlayStation that plays the games I like better. It allowed me to get a disc capable system and upgrade the hardware at once. There are some noticeable features that need improved with this iteration but overall I am quite satisfied with this console.

II love my PS5 Pro. Excellent performance and superior graphics. However, the experience of getting it was a nightmare. By reading previous reviews, most of the people who purchased online ended up getting a pre-used, open-box item, so I didn't want to deal with such drama, so I visited the store, and the same thing happened. The crew member brought a fully destroyed box that clearly was a pre-used item, so I asked her to get another one, and she asked me to come back the next day. So I did, and I was offered the same ripped box used item, so she was like, "If you really want to get to play today, this is what you have to take," EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW THAT WAS NOT A BRAND NEW ITEM. So they decided to send an order so I could get another one at a different store. The store manager named Brad was awesome and got the issue resolved efficiently. Even though I have made several purchases through Best Buy, this has been the worst experience ever for someone who spent a lot of money trying to get a brand-new item, as it was paid for, and I ended up spending a lot of money on gas so I could finally get it. The second location I visited gave me a ripped box console, and that's when I got assistance from the manager.

Was really surprised with the PS5 Pro. I currently game on a PC with a 4070 Super and honestly it’s closer than I thought. Upscaling is really good as I game on a 55” 4K TV at 120hz and it looks amazing. Definitely recommend.
