While the performance of most (not all) PS5 games is identical on the base PS5 and Pro, the resolution and graphical boost were immediately noticeable on the Pro. I didn’t expect to notice a substantial difference in those areas, but I immediately did in games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Spider-Man 2. The games look noticeably sharper than they did on my base PS5. So far, the experience has been fantastic and I don’t regret purchasing the console at all. However, if you don’t have a base PS5 to resell, the vaule proposition isn’t great.

I’ve been gaming for years, and the PlayStation 5 Pro is on a whole different level. The graphics are insanely sharp, the loading times are almost non-existent, and everything just feels smoother. Games like Spider-Man 2 look absolutely stunning, the performance mode is buttery smooth and makes a big difference.

Great console graphics def better and the speed is great. Only issue for me is wifi connection be spotty with console.

I am an average gamer and I play a wide variety of genres. The PS5 pro has been great, I have not played it side-by-side with a regular PS5 so I cannot compare there but overall very happy with it and zero issues. Load times are lightning fast and graphics look great.

I was unsure whether I should upgrade my standard PS5 to Pro but I'm glad I did. It is faster, provides higher fps and better graphics for supported games.

This console is amazing, the graphics are way better than the base PS5. The WiFi is faster and the load times seem faster as well. The fact that I can play my games in quality mode with faster frame rates makes this a must have, highly recommended!

It is very noticeable in person even if you can't always tell in videos. Even the wifi is upgraded to Wi-Fi 7. No other console has a faster wifi connection. If you are an online gamer who can't run a wired connection to your console then you simply must own a Playstation 5 Pro. You won't regret it.

Wanted an upgrade for my PS4 and decided to go with the PS5 Pro. Didn’t disappoint me at all. Was really satisfied with the performance, the enhanced features and I overly enjoyed playing it on my 4K tv. It definitely looks stunning with the performance upgrades of the pro. I would see myself playing for hours on this. Only downside is that it should have come with a disc drive at that kind of price point but it’s not really a huge issue for me as I prefer downloading my games and not everyone actually watches movies on Blueray these days.

The PlayStation 5 is really cool and that 2gig storage really helps you with the games now days that are huge. It’s very slick and the games look amazing. This is my first ps5 and I’m very impressed by it. Runs my games with ease on 120hrz.

It’s great when paired with an excellent TV. Well worth it if you have the budget for both and don’t already have a PS5. I think the value of the console is overly criticized, as you can play any modern game with high frame rate and excellent picture quality with the Pro. One of the main criticisms of its hardware quality vs the price, but those arguments tend to ignore some of the Pro’s unique features and future scaling. Do you get less out of it than the PS4 -> PS4 pro upgrade? Probably, but this is still great IMO.

Amazing product. Great graphics. Was pretty smooth to get it up and running. More disk space. Only drawback is the missing disc player. Great to get at discount as well

Having grown up with the PS2-PS4 this is honestly so awesome to see them reporting a bunch of PS2 & PS3 games to the PS5. The games that are PS5 pro enhanced are absolutely mind blowing graphically. My favorites so far are horizon forbidden west and death stranding 2. They’re just absolutely stunning. The fact this comes with a whole 2TB for any game you want to play just makes this even better. Everything runs flawlessly.

I have had this for about a year now. I play fallout 76 which is a PlayStation 4 game. The load times while on the PlayStation 5 is quite a bit slower but on the pro I load in quickly. It helps with events and getting to events quickly and playing over all. The load times are better and the frames are better. It is a great way to be able to compete a bit with pcs
