Best console I’ve ever purchased. I wasn’t crazy about the PSSR but they have improved it and the developers have been patching it well. The performance is outstanding.

Playstation 5 Pro is a very powerful console. It comes with more storage compared to the regular PS5. The only thing I hate is that PS5 Pro doesn't come with a Disc drive and I had to buy it separately for $79.

Pre ordered off rip when they went live. It came on launch day which is a plus. I upgraded from a launch PS5 Disk version. Happy with purchase no complaints i see many games hitting 120. Can visually see differences Compared to what i had. Its priced a little higher but your getting 2tb and other features but does have accessories draw backs minuses. But over all am good with it.

The store had an abundance of stock of this console, so it wasn't difficult to find what I wanted, take it right to the check out, and was done in the store in under 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly and accomodating when I asked to inspect the box contents before purchase (one of the security seals was broken). The set up and transfer of data from my PS4 was easy (but a little timely because of the amount of data I had). The quality of the picture and gameplay is everything that the advertisements promise. Definitely pay a little extra for the Pro version! The battery life on the controller is great, more than 8-9 hours of straight playtime. Also purchased an "internal" disc drive for my PS4 games. It was incredibly easy to install, and works perfectly. I regret waiting so long to buy a PS5! And then...it went on sale 2 weeks later. I called the store and they refunded the difference without question!

PS5 Pro is incredible, the controllers and the systems incredible specially playing games in enhanced which brings an experience like none other before. You definitely need a 4K TV or a monitor to play its highest capacity.

So far i’ve really enjoyed the ps5,I have never been a huge gamer but I love playing games with this. It’s extremely fast and has great graphics. I’m super impressed

The PS5 Pro is an absolute game-changer! The graphics are stunning, and the load times are super quick. I love the enhanced performance for my favorite games, making everything feel so smooth. Plus, the new features really elevate the gaming experience. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

Best gaming platform ever, great graphics, fast loading, good controller.

PS5 Pro seems to be more powerful than the standard PS5 model. I play a lot of Elden Ring and I can tell that it runs smoothly at 60 FPS. The Last of Us Part II’s PS5 Pro mode is very impressive as well. I will say, that the PS5 Pro model is not for everyone, as it needs a very high quality display to really see the differences. I play on a 77” LG OLED (also purchased at Best Buy) and play about 10 feet away from my screen in a dark basement. I made my purchase in the hopes that the remaining 4 or so years left of this gaming generation will be filled with Ps5 Pro enhanced games coming from Sony and third party developers.

With the updated internal 2T storage, this is absolutely perfect. Switching from the OG PS5 to the PS5 pro is truly a significant change. Textures are so much more glossy, water and clouds look absolutely unreal. I’m truly satisfied with this purchase and refuse to switch to any other gaming console.

First console I’ve bought since the ps4. I figured it was time to upgrade and it has been well worth it. It’s much faster and it pairs great with my monitor. I didn’t know if I’d like the no disc version at first but it’s comes with plenty of storage to hold my games.

The PS5 Pro is the best console on the market bar none. You need a quality TV that has 120 Hz refresh rate which will enhance motion clarity and reduce motion blur in order to take advantage of the PS5 Pro. Highly recommended.

Store Manager at the fort gratiot location was a great help in my purchase of the ps5 pro. We have bought from him before and he remembers us as months go by. Him and Christian always take care of us when we shop there! The console is incredible, I upgraded from my base ps5 with a disc drive. I had to upgrade my Monitor to get the full effect but I’m excited to play more enhanced games as the years go on

I had the original PlayStation 5 when it first came out and I decided to purchase the PlayStation 5 Pro. My first thoughts was maybe I should just not get the Pro but once it got here and I played a few gakes on it I like it. The only downfall is it doesn't have a disk drive and I can't find one to buy for at this time but I will find one soon. The graphics on some games I can see a big difference. Everything that you buy is only based on your personal preference some might feel its not worth it and some might say it is worth it but you have to get it for yourself and decide if it's something that you want.

PS5 PRO, games run much better than in the equivalent PS5 graphical modes. I played Horizon Zero Dawn and the upgraded CPU Totally makes a difference. The game run buttery smooth especially if you enable features like VRR and 120Hz mode.

Amazing, powerful. Every game looks absolutely stunning. I play all my games with my graphics settings maxed out and there is never any lag in performance. I love that it comes with 2 TB of space built in.

If you have a TV that can take advantage of the extra features, it does make a real difference to the performance of some games that are optimized for it. If you don’t care too much about performance then just stick with a regular PS5
