It is exactly what I expected. Most people (really...including myself) would be fine with the standard PS5 (save some money). But there are definitely reasons to upgrade. Nonetheless, the performance is great. I'm not sure I see a massive increase in day-to-day play - but if you can afford the Pro, go ahead and get it.

Upgraded from A PS4…much faster…need to upgrade to a 120hz tv….but for now we are good with the current setup. Setup was straight forward…only issue was getting the display to show the lower set of icons that have the power off icon on the right side…all good now

PS5 Pro is absolutely worth the money. Forza Horizon 5 on my Sony OLED 4K has never looked better. Resident Evil Requiem is super sharp. Can't wait for GTA 6 on this!

The pro is definitely better, but must have the correct TV to maximize the Consoles capabilities. The console does not seem to work as hard even when I am using games on disc. The styling is nice is, is a little bigger than the PS5 slim model but smaller than the launch model. If you have a disc drive attached you do not necessarily need the stand, but I have one and prefer that because of the rubber feet. I am very happy with the console besides the price, but you have to pay to play.

I just upgraded my TV and wanted to get the most out of it so I upgraded to the PS5Pro. If you have a good 4k 120hz VRR TV the PS5Pro is going to give you the best experience currently possible for gaming and steaming. A dedicated 4k Blu-ray player can give you a better cinematic experience but it is up to you if the difference between the PS5Pro is worth $200+

Played Xbox for a little over a decade now, decided to get the PlayStation 5 for this exclusive games. So far I really enjoy the time I’m having playing God of War, Spider-Man, and Ghost of Yotei. The dual sense in the controllers is a nice touch too! I would really recommend getting this console, although it is a shame Xbox and PlayStation don’t have many cross-progression games.

When the very first PlayStation came out, I was just a kid back in Kazakhstan. I remember looking at it like it was something from outer space. Owning one? No way — we couldn’t even dream about it. No money, just posters and dreams)) Years went by… I moved countries, started a family, got kids — and now here I am, standing in a store in the U.S. holding a PS5 Pro in my hands. Bought it not just for myself, but for my kids too — though I gotta admit, I’m the one who’s geeking out the most)))) We’ve been playing It Takes Two as a family — and man, it’s amazing. We laugh, shout, argue, mess around — and it’s just pure fun every time. Every time I turn it on, it’s like I’m that little kid again — but now with my own kids next to me. It’s wild. Thanks for making dreams come true — even if it took 20 years.

I haven't owned a console in a long time, and I couldn't be happier. It does what it says, and it does it well. The controller is just impressive as well. The rumble feature is crazy nuanced, and the adaptive triggers really surprised me with what they could add to gameplay. And the buying process couldn't have been quicker or simpler. Great purchase.

I actually noticed a difference from the regular ps5 to this one. Mainly play the new battlefield.

Unless you have the money to spare or youre a must be on the cutting edge of console graphics, this may not be for you. i Love it, but im a must have best graphics type of guy and i sold my old system and a few other things a few days before to get it. for me it is worth it. but honestly its not going to blow your mind. if youre not looking to empty your bank acct. or just not too picky, original or slim ps5 is cheaper and almost just as good. if you love framerates and a bit clearer graphics and have the money, get the pro! :).

The PS5 Pro truly enhances your gaming experience. It’s a nice upgrade for the PS5. It doesn't enhance every game, but the ones it does truly shine. I'm definitely enjoying my Pro so far. Glad I finally got one.

Coming from the PS5 standard edition it’s a bit pricey and there’s not heaps of improvement graphically or even performance in most games but I’m expecting more from the next batch of games. By then, I’m sure they can take advantage of the betterhardware. The extra storage capacity helps tremendously too.

Upgraded from original PS5. Notice great improvement in games such as Silent Hill 2 Remake and Horizon. Very satisfy with performance.
