Great product! Much better than the base PS5. When I went to the store to get this the lady at the front door told me that they were all sold out so I proceeded to walk around the store and went on the app and it said it was in stock on there so I bought it in five minutes later I walked to the pick up desk and left with it. Weird but just glad I went on the app to check before leaving.

I love the new PlayStation five it’s super fast to start up, everything loads quickly and has so much storage like I have all my games and still have so much storage left over. Also, the controller battery life lasts so much longer. my games look so much more clear and crisp compared to when I was playing on my PS4. i’m so happy with this new system and I’m sure anybody who gets it will be to.

Absolutely blown away by the PlayStation 5 Pro. The performance is next level—everything runs insanely smooth, load times are basically nonexistent, and the graphics are just unreal. You can really see the difference, especially on newer titles. It feels like a true upgrade in every way. If you're serious about gaming, this console is 100% worth it.

Nothing significantly different from this ps5 pro to really upgrade. I use it to competitively play games but there not much a difference in the standard model not to mention customization is very limited

Very good, looks spectacular...I always wanted to have a console like this, the games look super realistic, it's fast and doesn't make noise and it weighs much less than the normal PS5

If money is tight, stick with your standard PlayStation 5. If you have the money, go for the Pro is you want the best looking console performance in the market. While not all games utilize the PS5 Pro to its full potential, you are at least given the chance to play games with far higher graphical fidelity with better frame-rate (as long as you also have a TV supporting VRR and what not). Now with the recent RAM shortages and PC parts rising in prices, for someone who simply wants to game, I recommend a PS5 or PS5 Pro. But if you have a PC that is on par, perhaps wait a year or so and you'll see those PS5 exclusives come to PC as well (as we have seen with God of War and other exclusives). All in all, PS5 Pro is a great console if you can afford it!

The PS5 Pro was a good purchase. The price is high you might say but you're getting better frame rates and graphical upscale alongside a 2tb ssd.

What I immediately noticed and enjoyed about the PlayStation is the premium feel of not only the controller the UI. The console itself everything about it seems intuitive. It's not backwards. Everything just seems to make sense. I've had Xbox for years and I'm still getting lost in the menu going back-and-forth. PlayStation immediately is navigating flawlessly downloading games, setting things up going back-and-forth, figuring out how to do parties and I use the game in my living room. I get the game pass all the games I could ever need or play in my lifetime or paid for by the game any games that are not on the game pass I just will buy, which has been one game.

This product really exceeded my expectations. Its performance is really a beast and smooth as butter. When I take my ps5 pro on my hand, it feel so good because of the Premium material quality. It also looks premium. The first setup of it was quick and hassle-free truly. As it was one of my dream to afford a Ps5 pro console and I finally bought it with my hard earned money for myself, so yeah I was really happy and the overall experience was so best that, it make it totally worth the price. I decided to get this PS5 as a gift for my partner. It was a last minute purchase and I placed it for pickup just an hour before closing (commuted from Whitfield County area). I arrived precisely when it said it was ready for pickup, which was 10 minutes before closing. Thank you to all of the kind associates who do not turn customers away ! PS5 works excellent and it made my partner jump for joy! Alway happy to carry out business with Best Buy.
