* New PS5 Buyers with Budget: If you're buying a PlayStation 5 for the first time and your budget allows, the Pro offers the most robust experience. In essence, The PS5 Pro would conclude that it's a powerful and impressive piece of hardware that delivers noticeable improvements for those with the right setup and the desire for the best console gaming experience, but it comes at a premium price and isn't a mandatory upgrade for every existing PS5 owner.

I really like the Pro for its performance. But my biggest pro is the design. I don't do physical media so I don't need the optical drive. My biggest con is the fact that they haven't change much in the UI to make it feel like a Pro console.

Nice graphics bump compared to the PS5, but it's not life changing. Really the biggest difference for me was most ps5 pro enhanced games allow you to uncap the frame rate, and get higher fps than you would be able to on the original ps5. Most games that would normally be capped at 60fps now can get 90-100+ which make gameplay feel a lot smoother

Enjoying ever single thing of the console. Not a single complaint.

It is absolutely insane how fast this console is. I don't even know what a load screen is anymore. The quality upscaling is incredible too.

Games look good and play smoothly and thats all I need.

I saw differences in fps and graphics between my old ps5 and the pro. Great upgrade in my opnion. If you currently have a ps5 and have money, upgrade to a PRO. If you don’t have a PS5 and want one, get the PRO.

Now i can take full advantage of my Oled tv, you really notice the difference, i find mylself gravitating towards my controller much more often simply because of how beautiful the graphics are, great console highly recommend

Verry happy with my purchase! The Pro version is much better when compared to the standard PS5. Do yourself a favor and get the Pro version!! Oh and dont forget to pair it with a 4K OLED gaming monitor! I have mine paired with a ASUS ROG PG32UCDMR and its absolutely mind blowing!!

I just bought this for FF7 Rebirth cause the base PS5 looked fuzzy in performance mode. This runs the game so much better. Also a warning to potential buyers: I bought this in "New" condition, but it arrived already opened...

A clear step up from the base PS5. The addition of PSSR makes a noticeable difference and the games that take advantage of the Pro really shine. If you want the best and most powerful console in the space, the PS5 Pro is the way to go.

The PlayStation 5 Pro is recommended if you want the most out of your experience playing your PlayStation 5 games. However, it is a very expensive buy to get higher resolution at better frame rates. It is cheaper than getting a high end PC, so for that I still would recommend it.

I have a base PS5 but wanted to see what the Pro could offer. Kept looking at videos on YouTube despite the graphics being dumbed down on it and was convinced. Also the fact the new update is coming out I’m curious to see how it looks with my OLED

works as advertised, recommended to people who likes console and want something on the higher end.
