Honestly, I’m super happy with my PlayStation 5 Pro. The graphics are extraordinary, excellent quality, and the service at Best Buy is unmatched. Thank you very much for everything.

The PS5 Pro is exactly what the PlayStation 5 needed to stay ahead in the next-gen race. From faster load times to noticeably improved performance in 4K and ray-traced games, this upgraded system packs a serious punch. The increased GPU power makes a big difference in visually demanding titles, and the new performance modes give players more control over frame rate vs fidelity.

Smaller, lighter, and much better overall gameplay from the increased graphics resolutions to the rendering during intense battles. This console is worth the additional cost with its extra storage and all the above information combined. I own two pro's, one stays home and the other travels with me on the road. Even see a difference on my not so advanced 32" Samsung T.V. in my truck, but for home use the proper display unit will help you get the most out of your gaming experience overall.

I love my PlayStation 5 pro , upgraded from the base model and don’t regret it

It's great but could be better, no disk drive caught me off guard, especially when the slim model stopped offering diskless systems almost a year ago. Forced add ons are the worst. But if the disk drive fails, I guess there is some piece of concessions that I coukd replace it eventually. It is a leap from a ps5 base/slim but it is significant leap like a ps4 pro comparatively to base ps4? Not so much.

Ive had a ps5 since they were released, and finally decided to upgrade and this this is amazing. I love the quick load times.

Overall, improves on PS5 in triple A games. I look at the Pro as more future proofing. Can’t say it completely trumps standard PS5, it’s a nice to have not a must have if you are wanting the best quality in triple a games. Bummer you have to buy a stand to go vertical, and a disc drive to play discs

This is the best PlayStation ever, they only keep getting better from graphics to load speeds to awesome aesthetics for both console and controllers.

great upgrade from standard ps5. Biggest negative is that it didn't include a disc drive. I am playing ghost of yotei and gt7 smoothly at 60 fps.

Its expensive, but GTA6 will look best on ps5pro for 2026.

All around great machine and the performance difference is noticeable despite what you may read from detractors. I have a base PS5 for the kids and one in my office vs this pro as my primary. One issue that I can’t seem to figure out is the pro has issues connecting to PSN every time I boot up. It resolves itself after awhile but it is frustrating and is not present on the base models connected to the same network. Unsure what is causing it as I have tried all possible settings variations.

Its a great upgrade to the OG PS5 if you have the hardware to take advantage of it (4k 120hz+ vrr and other bells and whistles)

Honestly, getting a console again after not using one for so long has been amazing. I’m loving the Ghost of Yotei game and other exclusives that come with PS. Def makes a huge difference to the regular ps5.

I had to purchase two PlayStation 5 Pro consoles due to the first one overheating within 15-20 minutes after Powering Up. The second console has been great. I have not played games for years and the graphics on this system with newer games is great. I emulating games again!

Great console if you have the right product around it to utilize its potential. 120hz Television or high refresh rate Monitor with compatible hdmi 2.1. There are limited games with pro performance enhanced and hrr option, but games that do have it are smooth and looks amazing! Hit or miss if you do not have a 4k/120hz television. Games that are patched will have higher fidelity option at 60fps and will still look amazing. 4k displays will have a noticeable graphical increase, while 1080p displays will have less of a graphic increase, and little bit more sharpening.

I love this machine. It was definitely worth the upgrade from my launch PS5. RE9 looked amazing on it and it plays so much smoother. Definitely recommend this. I just wish my box was in better condition or maybe would have received a bit of a discount for it since I do collect video game consoles and games. Other than that, great product.

Looks better then standard ps5 graphics wise and the more space is helpful
