Amazing console! Coming from the OG PS5, with the addition of PSSR 2.0, the upgrade has been satisfying.

This console is nothing less than amazing , I am so pleased with graphics and bit rate. Picture quality is awesome.

Beast of a console. Pro enhanced games look amazing! Even games that arent seem to run smoother and look better as well. Loving the extra storage and not having to constantly delete games to make space. Price is steep but if you can afford it definitely worth it if you dont already have a ps5.

I bought this because i sold my Ps5 for a good amount and it was a no brainer to get the Pro. I do notice an improvement in graphics and faster UI menu navigation even while playing games. My PS5 was a bit sluggish on the menus, this Pro is not like that. I hope to see developers utilize the PS5 Pro more. One negative for me is that the inputs like HDMI, and USB seem to wiggle and are a bit loose. I noticed this when plugging in the connections and it was a bit concerning and made me question the longevity of the system. The very lacking packaging and without a vertical stand made me frown. Something seems off with how this PS5 Pro was presented by Sony, no Edge controller, just the OG ps5 one, no proprietary UI enhancements, just the regular ps5 menus, no PS5 Pro icon near your avatar, just the PS5 one. Nothing really screams out "look at me, i'm the PS5 Pro" and it kinda makes me feel like "why is this being sold?". Sony is really missing the opportunity to sell, attract, and retain their player base with the lacking effort here. Im not trying to sound picky but the fact is that even simple products like Gillette razors are marketed, advertised, and packaged eloquently, with awesome visual representations. The higher tier razors get better looks, better accessories, and better packaging. Those products are boasted and praised by the company and it doesn't just show in social media advertising , it shows by whats actually supplied and integrated into the products themselves so that the consumer feels like they're really using something great. Sony, you're not new to the consumer market, don't fall short on connecting with your customer base by not showcasing the benefits of this PS5 Pro, which is the top of the line console to date. Customers want to feel like they are valued and also that the product they purchased has value. Its not just about the technology, processor, plastic, in the box that matters, its also the unique and distinctive aspects that make your products stand out from the rest.! Don't get me wrong, i enjoy the PS5 Pro, its not a bad product, but i am going to call out what is blatantly obvious. Do better because you are better Sony!

The upgrade was definitely worth it. Sucks that it doesn't have a disc drive but outside of that I'm very happy with it.

This was a Christmas gift for my 6-year nephew. And yes, it has made him a better gamer. The graphics are so much better than anything else on the market right now. If you are in the fence about purchasing this system, just buy it, you will not regret it in the least.

Birthday gift for my son. Loved it. Just FYI, the cover that goes over the PS5 Pro box is 80% of the time will have a rip, torn, and/or circle seal on top will be torn due to transport or any type or stress movement. Still new product and the actual box has not been tampered with. It looked sus when I went to pick one up thru a online order but the manager assured me and even show me the others they had in stock to show how they received the product. The wire theft prevention place on these unit looks like may effect the outer packaging. Manager was very helpful. Can't remember the name but he is over three stores he in Houston Pasadena Texas .Overall great service and product.Sony is a great product!

Very happy with the Pro… ive been playing many of the pro enhanced games over the last couple days and I’d say its a noticeable difference on framerate, graphics, color, and smoothness of the games. My agrument is not about the price or comparison of the base PS5. For the price I think its worth it for those serious counsel gamers with high end products.
