My son & I love it. Great service at dimond center bestbuy. I really like the free warranty on all of my purchases at bestbuy. I wish they was more people to help customers to find what we are looking for there quickly. I also really like how friendly most of bestbuy employees are at the dimond center bestbuy. Thank you so much. It made my youngest son's so happy to get this for Christmas. I am in dire need of a new or refurbished Samsung S24 ultra for my next visit so i hope & pray i win the $400 gift certificate.

Love My New PlayStation 5 Pro Awesome! Don’t know what I would do without it for sure!

I ordered this as an open box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived in the original box but was very dirty, even the charging box was disgusting. There was a deep dent on the bottom and the laptop screen had dried gunk on it. After purchasing i realized that the exact same laptop on the samsung website brand new was the same price i bought it as. I took it to the closest store and they agreed that it was unacceptable to be sold in as excellent condition and said that they dont keep these in stock so i could return it and repurchase it online, but it may not be available. They said since it was one dent it they would consider it good condition and offered to take $40 off if i decided to keep it as is. I feel like this wasn't an ideal resolution but reluctantly agreed so i wouldnt have to go through the hassle of returning and repurchasing as they assured me the damage was only cosmetic. The laptop itself is great and everything i hoped it would be. The pen doesnt need to charge and has a magnetic spot on the back of the laptop to attach to. It does say the webcam doesnt support facial recognition unlock but it does have a fingerprint/powerbutton which is nice. I am glad that the store tried to resolve the issue to the best of their ability but the laptop i recieved was not in excellent or even good condition in my opinion. I dont think the charging cord i received was the original one either as it was a slow charging cord and a cheaper one i had from amazon worked better. The website says an excellent condition item is supposed to come with all the original accessories. I would not purchase another open box item grom bestbuy no matter what condition it supposedly is in because the standards are non existent and the condition of the item i received really killed my excitement for the laptop. I would however purchase a samsung laptop like this again.

I got it when it came out the graphics is beautiful for a couple games but the rest need updates even though they said it’s PS5 Pro enhanced but overall is a good buy

I don’t have a lot to compare this console too as my last PlayStation was a Ps2. But it is super user friendly and am excited for GTA6.

Love this thing. Playing at 4K 60fps has never been better and the consistency at 120fps is way better than PS5

An excellent gaming system and a noticeable improvement over the base PS5. Many AAA games are running well over 60fps. Must see in person
