The PlayStation 5 works perfectly! Games look stunning, it runs super quiet, and the controller adds a whole new level of immersion. It was a gift for my husband and he love it! The delivery was super fast, everything arrived in perfect condition!

I was on the fence about grabbing this at release, but since my original 5’s disc drive had gone out prompting me to start thinking about getting a slim replacement and the drive, I ended up grabbing it and reserving judgement on it till I had played on it for a bit. After using for the last 8 months daily I can say without reservation that extra money spent does not go to waste particularly if you truly enjoy the higher frame rate and graphical performance that the money goes toward. I have enjoyed the performance boosts I’ve noticed in games like Spider-Man, Hogwarts Legacy, Space Marine 2 was much better performing than what I saw on the base current gen console and version of game. This is not to mention the boosts that ps4 games I still play exhibit, though with them the base ps5 may improve upon them enough in itself. My suggestion is that if you have a well functioning base model hold off, but if you are looking to get one for the first time or replace your original, then the pro at the added cost is well worth the additional investment. I say all this without even factoring in the size of the SSD, which after adding 2 TBs, and connecting 1 more TB of external SSD I now have my entire library of games from the ps4 on at my disposal. The internal SSD nearly justifies the additional cost itself when you consider how much buying an SSD to add costs. Anyway buy with confidence, it’s a solid machine!

If money is tight, stick with your standard PlayStation 5. If you have the money, go for the Pro is you want the best looking console performance in the market. While not all games utilize the PS5 Pro to its full potential, you are at least given the chance to play games with far higher graphical fidelity with better frame-rate (as long as you also have a TV supporting VRR and what not). Now with the recent RAM shortages and PC parts rising in prices, for someone who simply wants to game, I recommend a PS5 or PS5 Pro. But if you have a PC that is on par, perhaps wait a year or so and you'll see those PS5 exclusives come to PC as well (as we have seen with God of War and other exclusives). All in all, PS5 Pro is a great console if you can afford it!

I had always wanted either a PlayStation 5 or an Xbox, and the PS5 Pro exceeded my expectations by a huge margin. The graphics are outstanding, the controller feels excellent, and the console creates a very immersive gaming experience. I use it with a 65-inch 4K TV and a Dolby Atmos sound system, and everything works perfectly without any issues. The detailed graphics, responsive controls, and impressive surround sound make it an excellent addition to a living room setup. I highly recommend the PS5 Pro.

I really like the PS5 Pro, my son likes it even more since he's logged more hours than me lol. I like it because the processor is super fast and makes the games run like a hot knife through butter. I'm coming from a PS4 Pro and the PS5 Pro is exactly what it should be, better graphics, more stable less laggy gaming experience, good all around. It also handles live streaming really well too!

The ps5 Pro is fantastic for what it does. That said, there really has not been that many single player games coming out for it in the last couple years.

[Employee of bestbuy] I am primarily a PC gamer but I picked this up for my wife. I use it pretty frequently just because it's a lot easier to boot up a game on this than having to boot up the PC and launch other things. Most things can run pretty consistently 4K 60 or 4K 120. The storage is insanely fast and graphical fidelity is unparalleled on any console.

Very good, looks spectacular...I always wanted to have a console like this, the games look super realistic, it's fast and doesn't make noise and it weighs much less than the normal PS5

I have owned every Playstation console since the first PS1 and I can say Sony did not disappoint with this one! Loading times are extremely fast, Graphics are excellent, and the console itself does what it's supposed to do. Just wish games were a bit cheaper but that's the way of life for electronics.

Former PC gamer 15 yrs. Last 18 yrs PS 3. 4. and now this ultra fast PS 5 Pro is well WOW. I have 1 gig dl speed and routinely connect around 700-850 mb. SPEED IS LIFE in gaming this net card is RED HOT. 78 yr old gamer here this is for you pawpaws and kiddos. Could not be happier. I also have BB Total Care for all my LT’s and TV.

I own both a standard model PS5 as well as the Pro version. The PS5 Pro does offer many enhancements to both speed. framerate, and enhanced vusuals. I use an LG C5 display and the 120Hz refresh really makes my gaming experience shine using the Pro. Highly recommend!

This product really exceeded my expectations. Its performance is really a beast and smooth as butter. When I take my ps5 pro on my hand, it feel so good because of the Premium material quality. It also looks premium. The first setup of it was quick and hassle-free truly. As it was one of my dream to afford a Ps5 pro console and I finally bought it with my hard earned money for myself, so yeah I was really happy and the overall experience was so best that, it make it totally worth the price. Have had no issues with this device as far as performance. Initially there was some strange artifacting due to the PSSR, but this has been drastically improved over the last few updates! Very rarely do I see anything now and if I do it is just a flicker in a shadow generally.

A good, mid-cycle Quality of life update for Playstation users. I enjoy playing the extensive Playstation catalogue in high fidelity with smooth performance. that extra TB of space is also a welcome addition. The price maybe a lot to swallow but it is well worth the money.

The PS5 pro is worth the purchase. If you're an avid PlayStation over.. when I bought this price, I thought it was a little too high. But by the time I'm leaving this review, it is way too high. For the performance of the console, yeah, honestly, better off. Geeting into PC gaming with Pre Built....

Huge upgrade if you care about performance. Games run smoother, visuals are cleaner, and load times are lightning fast. Paired with a good display, the PS5 Pro really shines.

Love the graphics, the speed is sensational but even more sensational was where i got it from, best buy really got their name from simply just being the best!
