PS5 is now the de facto place to play modern console games. PS5 Pro should be a lot better than it is, but it's still good. For the extra cost you get: a lot of ambiguity in your games about what performance and visual modes you're getting, and sometimes actually worse image quality. If you really think you can tell PSSR from FSR and upscaled 1600p vs upscaled 1400p, then great. At the end of the day, you'll honestly forget which model is sitting under your TV.

All around great machine and the performance difference is noticeable despite what you may read from detractors. I have a base PS5 for the kids and one in my office vs this pro as my primary. One issue that I can’t seem to figure out is the pro has issues connecting to PSN every time I boot up. It resolves itself after awhile but it is frustrating and is not present on the base models connected to the same network. Unsure what is causing it as I have tried all possible settings variations.

The Playstation 5 Pro is without a doubt the best console in the market. All the best games are here, graphics are amazing and the fact that it comes with a huge SSD makes it easy to install lots of games at the time. Highly recommended.

The improvements from the base model are noticeable but subtle. I would not recommend it for use with a TV that is less than 4K and 65". Still, it's a fine piece of engineering and noticeably better for many games; probably it will reach its true potential later on, with improvements to PSSR and more games that take advantage of the hardware. The stand (sold separately) is badly designed, though. It fits a bit asymmetrically and the instructions don't sufficiently explain how to put it on, so it was a hassle. All in all, I am happy with it so far.

I bought a ps5 on release and was happy but when this was announced i was skeptical sine my og is still going strong! I decided to give the pro a chance and after picking this up and playing on my 120hz 65” its amazing!! You can tell the difference in performance. Im so glad i did this. Great investment. Pair it with a 4k tv and soundbar youll be set till ps6!!

Fantastic gaming console especially if you've got a capable tv to take advantage of it. Load times are faster then the original better performance options I'd highly recommend

It was really good , I got this gift for my husbands birthday , he always wanted to have play station 5 but always refuse because it’s expensive so on his this birthday I treated him like a child and got him this and it’s pro features are amazing , best part you don’t have to have physical games you can purchase it online whatever you like and it will be there .

The graphics on this console are out of this world. The way Sony has changed the game with all the console variety for PS5 makes them on top of the charts. Smooth system, fun online gameplay and gaming experience is behind this world.
