The ps5 open box deal was great however when I got it the covers on ps5 panel were off. Not inspected and the people returned used the game code. Could have included a new game code. If they inspected package could have done it but best buy did not do a good job inspecting return item

I ordered this PlayStation 5 Console – NBA 2K26 Bundle listed as open box in excellent condition with everything included, but that’s not what showed up. The controller was dirty, the console had visible scratches, and it didn’t even arrive in a PlayStation box. For something advertised as “excellent,” the condition was really disappointing. On top of that, the NBA 2K26 game voucher wasn’t included at all, which was supposed to be part of the bundle. Shipping also took over two weeks after ordering on December 29th, right after the holiday season. Between the missing game, the condition of the console, and the long wait, the whole experience was frustrating.

Box arrived unexpected and damaged. Perchase returned in store.

it came with roaches inside the ps5 and was missing part of the stand but it works fine i guess

I’ve been using the PS5 for a while now and overall it’s been a solid console. Games run smoothly, load times are fast, and the performance is a noticeable upgrade compared to older systems. The controller feels responsive and adds a bit to the gameplay experience. That said, storage fills up pretty quickly depending on the games you install, and expanding it can get a bit expensive. The interface is fine, though it can feel a little cluttered at times. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do and is a reliable gaming system with strong performance.
