    Honestly I didn't know what I as getting into when purchasing an OPEN BOX ps5 from Best Buy. I purchased online and picked up in store. I also traded in my old PS4. Directions for trade in could have been a little better (e.g. you NEED to bring it with you when picking up the item). the console itself seems to be in pretty good condition. Working great so far a few weeks in. Couple of scratches but very minor.

    I recently bought something from Best Buy online, and it was a total breeze! The website was super easy to use, with all the info I needed about the products and what other people thought. The checkout was quick and easy, and I could pay with a bunch of different methods. My order came on time, and it was all packed up nice and tight.
