Awesome experience, the Best Buy Employee that helped me was patient with the trade ins and made it a great experience for myself and my 7 year old son! Will be buying the frame tv from Samsung at this Best Buy in North Olmsted Ohio , hopefully from the same employee, just because of the experience and won’t be buying from any other online stores or big box stores. As one might expect, the Playstation 5 features stunning graphics that rivals most PCs in quality. The game selection is good and growing. Minor issues are no audio port of any kind on the console itself - only on the controller- and if you want to use your console horizontally, flimsy pegs have to added. Otherwise, great quality and I highly recommend.

10/10 customer service from the moment I walked in to the store. Shout out Best Buy in Daly City. The product it self is amazing. No regrets in the purchase

Great console, easy pick up. First game I ever had on the PSOne was Final Fantasy 7 so it was only fitting Rebirth was my first PS5 experience.
