    Everybody was helpful at Best Buy. Playstation five was easy to get it up and running. It helps to have an eleven year old grandson.

    Image quality is substantially better than ps4 Never had any issues, use this thing more than my laptop. The physical design is styled like a broken printer and I wish I would have gotten and stand or a mount originally because it can sit flat but collects a lot of dust. Over all happy with the price spent
